He did not have one but offered to sell me the projector that would work with my computer at a good price, even offered to bring it over to the hotel I was staying in. The projector was defective, the lens would only focus a screen size no bigger than my laptop itself and the light was so dim that it was not functional. Fortunately, was able to get an adapter from another source and was able to do the presentation. When I returned the device, Mike avoided phone calls and messages and eventually said, " I can't refund your money until I get some money coming in" Well, that was six months ago, no sign of the check in the mail. If this place still is in business, I would recommend avoiding it. I certainly would be open to discussing this review with an owner or manager and if I were to receive the promised refund, would alter my review.

His "guy" replaced the hard drive in the Asus and it worked beautifully after that. My daughter is in fact still using that same Asus laptop that Redline couldn't repair. The guys at CPR (Bruce, Chase & John) have patiently helped me save my iPad's life many times!!! First I had a charging problem that, just like taking your car to the mechanic or your kid to the pediatrician, wouldn't happen when I took it in!! CPR took my little bestie for overnight observation, didn't charge me because they couldn't make it act up like it did for me. After my third trip there, they still didn't roll their eyes at me! And iPad finally showed its true naughtiness - they fixed it for a VERY low price. Then I cracked the screen, toddled back to CPR. They fixed it overnight and charged $205 which was more than fair.
