I also had a bad experience with Mike at Beartooth Computers. Was in town to do a power point presentation and needed an adapter. He did not have one but offered to sell me the projector that would work with my computer at a good price, even offered to bring it over to the hotel I was staying in. The projector was defective, the lens would only focus a screen size no bigger than my laptop itself and the light was so dim that it was not functional. Fortunately, was able to get an adapter from another source and was able to do the presentation. When I returned the device, Mike avoided phone calls and messages and eventually said, " I can't refund your money until I get some money coming in" Well, that was six months ago, no sign of the check in the mail. If this place still is in business, I would recommend avoiding it. I certainly would be open to discussing this review with an owner or manager and if I were to receive the promised refund, would alter my review. read more
