I would never recommend this installer for any type of service. This review is written almost a year after my initial installation. This whole time, I've hoped that the owner of this business would rectify the issues that have arisen in a fair and just way...however this has not been the case and this is my resulting testament. Many issues have arisen after the installation of my system in my vehicle. Each time, I've had to bring my vehicle back over and over again for them to fix each issue thereafter. These issues are precipitated by a gross lack of effort in the quality of work and an inherent negligence to complete a thorough job from the very beginning. Issues include: my tweeter literally falling out from incorrect mounting, my rear channel not wired correctly therefore not working, my window not operating at all from being incorrectly reinstalled, my rear passenger door not hinging or locking, precipitating a slew of other security issues, my hazard lights not reinstalled correctly, my rear seatbelt unhinged and buried under the seat, a permanent marker stain on my passenger door panel which I cannot remove, no rubber gasket to protect the power wire from friction with the sharp hole created in the firewall which could result in a cabin fire/system shortage, wood dust covering my interior from the initial installation, and audio levels adjusted causing dynamic distortion and potentially permanent damage to all connected components. Not only did all these issues subsequently arise after installation, but the installation took much longer than expected. I was told it would be done by 8pm the same day, however, I wasn't notified until 4am the next day that the installation was finished... just for it to be as low-quality as I've previously described. After much debate and negotiation (which turned hostile by the owner in the shop), the owner was unwilling to compensate for any inconveniences, issues, or time-lost due to the lack of thoroughness from this install. I was without a car for much longer than anticipated, and much of my time and money was wasted due to the lack of quality work this installer provided. The only compensation given was an offer for 20% off any service thereafter, a business ploy to get me to give him more business and more money, both of which I am unwilling to do so. To be fair, most of the issues stated (emphasis on "most", not "all") were corrected, free of charge, as it should be... however all these unnecessary trips back to the shop were of the utmost inconvenience and an overall waste of my time... time that I do not have. Overall, I would never go back to this installer again. I trusted this business because of the good reviews on Yelp, however, after experiencing all that I have, and running into more and more issues over and over again, I will not provide them with anymore business. read more

I have researched autostart with security systems with certified installers for my car for almost a year. Once I knew without a doubt, Viper was the top dog as far as systems go, I had to find a reputable certified Viper installer that I could comfortably trust. I spoke with a few on the phone, & visited others. I chose Techno Express without any apprehension, even though they were a 2 hr hike for me. Eduardo, the owner, is highly knowledgeable (as were all others), had many GREAT reviews from customers, was patient & accommodating with me & all of my questions. His partner, I call Joe, since I could never pronounce or spell his name correctly, was equally as helpful and if he wasn't sure of an answer, he'd refer to Eduardo. I paid them a visit to get an accurate quote. Tip: do not choose any installer who quotes price without accessing your vehicle. I immediately scheduled an appointment following my accessed quote. Price was my last concern and Eduardo knocked it out of the park! Besides all of the previously mentioned qualities, his price & warranty beat everyone else's. Since he saved me so much money & I was so pleased with his skills & knowledge, I went ahead and added tinting as well. He never once tried to oversell me anything.
