We asked for him to provide us a quote to have the pipe fixed- he said we would , but in the meantime we could unclogged our kitchen sink for $289. We told him we wanted to actually fix the root of the problem and not spend $289 to then have to changed the entire pipe and more the following week- We proceed it to tell us that we drove all the way down to our home and he was expecting to make $289. I understand the value of time, but the actual work we need it ended up being $1200 + which we would have done with him if he didn't try to guilt trip us into spending money on something we could have waited a day or 2 . The plumber left pissed off , I still asked him to send me the estimate to do the work he recommended and he NEVER DID. That's why we had to call another company. This was the most uncomfortable feeling. I observed for a couple of days and it was definitely coming from our kitchen sink because it was soapy water. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it).
