We were having problems with our WiFi and found this company on here with good reviews so I…read moremessaged him. He told me that he charges $200 to come out and if he can fix it he will, but if not he will come up with a solution to present. I explained the problems to him and we asked him to come out. He showed up at our house and spent less than 15 minutes walking around our house and talking to my husband. Then he said he had an idea on what to fix and would send us a quote. NEVER did he test our system or look at the wiring. He didn't even bother to check and see if it was PLUGGED in!! He sends us an estimate for almost $1200. When my husband asked about the estimate, he said we could not do some of the things recommended to bring down the price. Really? I thought the point was you would send us what would fix it. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more. Maybe he's good at some things but if you need help with your house WiFi, this is not the company for you.

I hired this technician to replace the hard drive in my grandparents' computer. He also said it…read moreneeded a new fan due to noise, which we agreed to. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

Well the term "Geek-In-A-Box" comes to mind! LOL Just kidding…read more This is an amazing person who handles almost anything you can think of computer related. If anything happens to your computer or you just simply need extra security on it give him a call. He is wonderful at figuring out what your computer needs. My computer simply had a mind of it's own and was protesting the Internet. He gave it a good wake up call and voila, my computer works!!! I have absolutely no computer knowledge and he broke down the things I needed to know in lay mans terms!!! That makes me feel so much better and less like an idiot. I absolutely hate tech guys that try to appear smarter than you. The rates are very reasonable. You can call to make an appointment and he will visit your home or business. You can also drop off your hardware. So the next time you use your computer for a coaster or target practice and need it fixed give him a call. Don't bother with an out of the US tech phone operator!

A friend of ours had used Jerry at his business a couple of years ago and highly recommended him…read more We logged the contact info onto IPhone just in case, especially since he was an independent, small business. Just before Christmas our HP Envy 17 Laptop was totally frozen by ransomware, the first time ever for a problem at home. We called Jerry, he answered right away and he was well aware of the problems related to this type of computer attack. He offered the option of coming to the house or having us drop it off at his location. We took it to him and asked him to look into a few other issues. He provided an estimate (VERY fair and honored), requested a small deposit and, since it was Christmas weekend we expected a long down time. He called right after the holiday and had it ready to go. He took extra time to explain what he had done and how it worked on our unit. After running it through its paces for a few days, a couple of glitches surfaced that were not related to his repairs but were evidently affected by the attack. We called Jerry late that afternoon. What we were experiencing was complicated but he got right on it. He logged into our Laptop from home at about 7 pm and stayed on it until 1 am, totally clearing up the problem areas and resulting in a machine that worked faster and cooler than when purchased new a year ago!! NO EXTRA CHARGE. A really nice guy, who is fair, honest and excellent at his craft. Highly Recommended.
