They needed to send out at least 2 guys minimum three would be even better. I was given a quote beforehand that included $199 install fee $49 for bracket which equaled $248.00 I think it was the owner he told me that included hiding all of the wires. That price was a lie because when the guy came out he told my husband it would be an additional $99 to hide the wires what s scam. We told the guy no thank you and he left. I told my husband we could find another company an actual honest one. We found one not long after and they are very professional and installing the tv right now as I'm typing lol and no they didn't charge extra to hide the cables. Stay away from this company. There are honest companies out there. And no it wasn't a company I found off craigslist but a company that has almost 5 stars with many good reviews. Only charged $249 for everything including bracket and hid cables in wall.
