He was VERY honest-the composite roof I had installed 10 yrs prior had to come off-could not be repaired . I had been told this by others as well, but Bill explained exactly why and what would be involved. He and his crew came out and worked (really worked) to remove the roofing down to the decking, replaced the bad sheets, and then began installing the new roof. Bill had to remove and flash a skylight that had been leaking as well as replacing chimney flashing, boots, etc. Everything was done to perfection and the area was so clean when they finished, you would never imagine the mess they had to take care of! I HIGHLY recommend Murph's Roofing for any repair or replacement work you need! Lisa (office) was just as amazing to work with-answered my questions and took care of scheduling and kept me updated of any changes due to weather. After being disappointed by the poor workmanship of a previous contractor, I sought the help of proreferral.com to find a license electrician in the area. Through that service, I was contacted by Mark of MD Electrical and he scheduled my consultation for the very next day. Based on his consultation, I could tell that he was knowledgeable and very serious about his work. He discovered that the poor job featured measurements that were not symmetrical, lights were not matching, ceiling cuts were not clean, and the overall electrical work not being up to code. He was very informative. Later that evening, as promised, I received his invoice along with a sketched visual of his corrections for the job! After paying a reasonable deposit, he came out the next day and worked diligently to beautify the project!
