If I could give 6 stars to DW Electric, I would. Had an electrical problem and had an large…read moreelectrician company come out. Diagnosis was worse than I thought--and the repair was going to total over $1,000 (even after spending $300 plus for coming out and troubleshooting). They offered me 18 month financing at zero interest! Called DW Electric to get a second opinion. The owner, Dave Whitney, came out with another colleague and quickly fixed the problem for less than $250. I was shocked. Honest, reasonable and quick. What else does anyone need in an electrician? (BTW--they are Master Electricians). Their pricing was very reasonable. And I would trust them with all my electrical needs in the future. If you do good work and treat people right, a small business should not have to advertise. Hope everyone agrees with this review if you use them.

BEWARE‼BEWARE‼BEWARE‼ I contacted this company because my AC…read morestopped blowing cold air. "Arnold" came out, looked at it, and said the Freon was low. He added about 4oz and charged me $450. The problem was never fixed. Afterwards, he told me the compressor was bad and quoted $1,500 to replace it. He even suggested I could get the part myself or let him buy one. The next business day, I decided to reach out to the manufacturer instead. They sent out an authorized dealer who properly diagnosed the issue. The compressor was completely fine--the real problem was the coil in the attic. Since it was under warranty, I only had to pay $550 for labor. The coil was replaced and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. What's worse, the technician from the manufacturer told me that my compressor had actually been overcharged with Freon--it never needed Freon in the first place, and he had to release the excess. If I had trusted "Arnold," I would have spent $1,500 on a compressor I didn't need and still had no working AC. Very disappointing experience. Be careful.
