I called Neal Price Electric and received prompt professional service the following day. He even offered to come that night, but I declined because we were prepared with a portable generator. Masters installed a…read morechandelier, a ceiling fan and a few light fixtures, and recently completed a generator installation. After a storm caused a power outage, I found out it gets VERY dark in my tiny cul de sac so I started searching for generators. I shopped around and got the most patient advice, a fantastic price, and a generator installation date within a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. Gerald explained what size generator would best meet my needs. Particularly during the pandemic, I am often working from home and didn't want to have to choose what appliances or systems would run during a power outage. If I'm investing, might as well make it all the way worth it, right? Anyway, I decided on a 22kw model and although I wouldn't admit it under oath, I want a power outage. Just kidding!!! I got to see what would happen when Christian went through the post installation testing. He turned off the power and the generator kicked on. He walked me through the operation and handed me my keys and a heaping helping of peace of mind. I would hire Masters again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, this was one of THE smoothest, most professional and knowledgeable…read moreexperiences I have had with anyone coming to help secure or to work on our home. Our search for a home generator began with a candid, comprehensive assessment of our needs. Mr. Williams assured me a 26K unit would suffice (after earlier contractors pushed larger, much more expensive units). At every step, the process unfolded just as I was told. When the generator arrived, it was easy to set up the site visit to begin work. Dustin and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the unit installed with no problems. Dustin walked me through that process as well. And when the gas company (finally) made the necessary connections, Dustin was back out to finish the job. Again, with great explanations and a step-by-step tutorial. When they finished, my yard looked even better than before they began the work. Masters Generator is tops in my book. It was a comfort to work with just one lead electrician. Dustin was knowledgeable, professional, and welcomed all my rookie questions. I will DEFINITELY use this service again for any electrical needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed some electrical work done on my 60-year-old ranch house, and Good Electric had come…read morerecommended. The fellow they sent for the estimate, Jeff, wasn't just thorough, though. Within 10 minutes of looking at my house, he noticed that my service drop (wire from the road to the house) was frayed, probably because of squirrels. He commented that GA Power was in charge of that line, and I should call them immediately. I did, and they came immediately when they heard what the problem was (apparently, that's a dangerous situation). Well, after GA Power left, the power "brown outs" I had been experiencing for YEARS stopped. (I had just figured that the wiring in the house was old, and you were going to get a dip in power when you turned on the dryer while the fridge was running. I also figured that the whole house would need rewiring--ugh.) So I was already happy about having called Good. Without spending a dime, I had gotten a serious boost in my power on Jeff's recommendation. The estimate he gave for the work I needed (no whole house rewire, thank goodness) was fair, so I hired Good to do the work, which consisted of adding an outlet below my power box, adding power to my new deck, installing a new outdoor fixture, and changing an existing light fixture into an outlet, also on my deck. A sweet young man named Rohan (Rojan?) came to do the work. He was very professional, cleaned up spotlessly after himself, and actually did a better job than we expected (even though the deck wiring job was to run cable underneath the deck and therefore would not be visible, he didn't just slap it up--it looks and works great). The outdoor outlet change-over was giving him some trouble, but he stayed and figured it out without getting flustered (the problem was from an earlier fix). We were highly impressed with his work and his demeanor. I would definitely hire Good again.
