The floors were cleaned and the grout was filled in. She was very professional and the whole job took less than 1 & a half days. I am very happy with the results and plan to use Sakinah when I have my other bathroom floor refinished. The cost was very much less than it would have been to have the floor replaced.

It has not been a year. I have cracking with the product. I sent them pictures. They make up something Saying my floor is shifting and that's is what's causing the cracks. I had no cracks in my tile prior to getting it refinished. So that means it's not my tile. It's the product on the tile. They stated that their warranty does not cover that shifting of the tile. Then then stated that it will cost $150 for them to come out and 100 dollars per hour that it will take them to fix the problem. Sounds like a rip off? I didn't expect to have to issues the same year I get work done. Pointless warranty if it does not cover issues customers have. Looks nice when you first get it refinished but does not even last a year without out having issues. Bottom line don't waste your money!
