I had my bathroom floor refinished by Sakinah less than a week ago and she did a great job. I had grout floors which were very difficult to keep clean. The floors were cleaned and the grout was filled in. She was very professional and the whole job took less than 1 & a half days. I am very happy with the results and plan to use Sakinah when I have my other bathroom floor refinished. The cost was very much less than it would have been to have the floor replaced. read more

Do not do business with Miracle Method Surfacing Refinishing if you are trying to make a decision between resurfacing or replacing. They said they could redo my kitchen floor and fill in the caulk between the ceramic tiles in the kitchen and all I would have to do is Swiffer the floor to keep it looking good. They said they would fill where caulk was missing. It was all a lie and after paying 4000.00 and coming back out, the first tech said not enough product was applied initially by their tech, and then I didn't hear anything as far as an appointment. I called back and they sent another tech and he came prepared with an offer from the owner that they would redo the floor for an additional 1800.00. Not one dime would I give them. We had just purchased the home and I didn't like the kitchen floor and Miracle Method seemed like a good and different option. Well it was an expensive and ugly mistake. Well it was this year that I had work done in my bathroom. I noticed cracking with the product. According to my warranty I'm suppose to get one year if the use the product on the floor. It has not been a year. I have cracking with the product. I sent them pictures. They make up something Saying my floor is shifting and that's is what's causing the cracks. I had no cracks in my tile prior to getting it refinished. So that means it's not my tile. It's the product on the tile. They stated that their warranty does not cover that shifting of the tile. Then then stated that it will cost $150 for them to come out and 100 dollars per hour that it will take them to fix the problem. Sounds like a rip off? I didn't expect to have to issues the same year I get work done. Pointless warranty if it does not cover issues customers have. Looks nice when you first get it refinished but does not even last a year without out having issues. Bottom line don't waste your money! read more

Worker was on time and worked until the job was finished. So far, so good. My countertop looks really good. There was a crack in the counter and he was able to smooth it out. You'd have to know it was there in order to see it. Good work! read more

In June 2024 we had 3 tubs refinished by Miracle Methods: one plastic and two iron cast tubs. Both Iron cas tubs have begun peeling around the drian and both tubs have some pait popping off from trash in the paint. We were dealing with the franchise location when the franchise went out of business. Today I called the closest franchise to honor the warranty and were told there is a fee to come look at the defective coatings and that the office now covering the region is not honoring the warranties. I called the national office and Kathy said the terms of the warranty was on the back of the documents we were porvided and that there is nothing they can do. The national brand trains the franchises and only allows them to use their products and techniques but they don't honor the warranty for their defective products or services. Kathy was indifferent and said there was nothing they could do and when I asked to speak to someone above her, she hung up. I spoke with the franchise "Tri-State Miracle Methods" in Maryland and the owner wouldn't even speak to me but sent word that a fee would be charged to come look at the defective product and that we would have to pay to again to have the service redone. Terrible company with no honor or integrity which is ironic as their corporate office address is 1575 Integrity Dr E, Columbus, OH 43209-2707. I will tell everyone I meet and know that is doing remodeling not to use this company as I have many friends in the construction, remodeling, and interior design industry!!!! read more

I had my fiberglass bathtub crack repaired for $600 15 months ago by this company. The job looked very good in the beginning but after very light use the repair has peeled up and exposed the original crack. Miracle Method said their 5 year warranty did not apply to my type of repair which was a disappointing surprise to me. They offered to fix the repair again for $250. I declined. I was looking to have my tub refinished after someone patched my tub and ran across Miracle Method. Doug was very professional and informative. The communication was excellent!! He also was able to accommodate my time window to have it done. Leo, the technician, came out and was very friendly and professional as well. He made sure I was happy with my color choice and answered all my questions. He explained how to care for my tub. Upon completion, he cleaned up everything and it looked like he had never even been there...except of course, for my awesome new shower/tub! All I can say is WOW!! It looks so amazing!!! No one should ever hire this franchise. We hired them to complete a job in March 2023 and eight plus months later, it is still not complete. They have wasted so much time and energy and refuse to compensate for all of their mistakes. Mistakes that have resulted in lost time and money for us. The owner refuses to contact me directly to discuss the whole ordeal. The main manager is disrespectful when speaking with her and will only ever offer to provide a discount towards another job. She has admitted to me that the offer for a discount in the future is useless since we do not trust them to do more work. Now two different managers will not even reply to an email about a job they started and have not finished. This job should have been two visits, one for an estimate and one to complete the work. They have been to our house nine or ten times now, which results in us taking time off from work. read more

We were looking to update/remodel our master bathroom of 27 years. Needless to say it was quite out of date. My bathroom tile, tub and sinks/countertops were still in good condition but so outdated. After getting four other quotes I found it was just too expensive ($9k-$15k) to do a complete demo so I looked into Miracle Method. After doing hours and hours of research into the company, their chemical process (see YouTube) and reading reviews - I called Miracle Method in McDonough GA for an onsite quote. Amber was very nice and was able to direct me to the right person. I called back several times during the process and found Amber always kind, polite, and so willing to help me. Leo came to my house for an estimate and offered lots of color choices. He was very informative and took the time to answer my questions as well as my concerns. They were able to schedule the work at my convenience. The tech showed up on time and was very thorough. Will took time to make sure that everything was covered up and worked very diligently to give us a great look. He even gave me a suggestion for the graphite accent I was using with the oyster base that I really liked. Will made the bathroom tile, tub and sinks beautiful again. His hard work was really appreciated. Way to go, Will! The work was completed within the promised time frame and for the amount quoted. Doug was very good about taking my calls for questions and gave me a couple of discounts to boot. The project turned out very well. Even though there were a few post-completion issues Will and Martine came back out to fix them to my satisfaction at no additional cost AND even after I had already paid in-full for the job. This speaks well of their customer service and shows they value customer satisfaction. The final look was fantastic although the strong chemical odor was a bit overwhelming. We had to spend a couple of nights in a spare bedroom but it went away after that. We are very pleased with the end result. Its like we were given a new bathroom remodel of our nearly three-decades old bathroom. All the tile, shower pan, inside of the garden tub and sinks as well as the top of the long double vanity countertop - all made beautiful again for a fraction of a remodel cost (less than $3k). This allowed us to purchase other upgrades that would not have been possible without Miracle Method. I saved both time/money and would definitely recommend them to others! read more

Miracle Method of Atlanta has absolutely abominable customer service. Completely unprofessional and insulting. (I have the shocking conversations recorded) They do not complete jobs as promised. They send unskilled people to your house to do work. (Although it is not the worker's fault- he was a nice guy, it's the company's fault for hiring subcontractors who don't even know how to refinish a tub. (And he also voluntarily said Miracle Method is a horrible company to work for! ) They lie about what they promised you. And then when you catch them in a lie (all conversations were recorded) they have no choice but to admit they were wrong and then decide to tell me that they are "parting ways"and not completing the job. The "office manager" will not pass on our information to the owner so we are going straight to corporate. Guess that's what happens when you call out liars and scam artists. They hide. Miracle Method is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. And we own a design company and have worked with hundreds of vendors for both residential and commercial jobs so I have a lot to compare to. They are the bottom of the barrel. Heed the warning. Beware! If you plan to hire this company please read! I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister who used this company to refinish the bathtub in her son's bathroom. Her son who is a U.S Army vet items were stolen from his bedroom. The technician who was assigned to do the work did complete job, but he also stole quite a few things from her son's room. Just to name a few, he took his PlayStation games, his high-end headphones, coins and dollar bills from spare change he had in his pockets that he would put in a jar, his high school class ring and much more. Unfortunately, she didn't realize they were gone until after the technician had finished the job. After she spoke with the manager of Miracle Method, McDonough, Ga location, he said they were not going to anything about it since she didn't have a camera to see him take them. She feels awful that she put her trust in this company to hire reputable people. So my WARNING to you is if you decide go ahead with this company please remove anything of value from the area where they are working and make sure you watch the bags, etc. they are being taking from your home. read more

Overall pretty good except when I set the sink back in after 48 hours, part of the finish scraped off pretty easy on the pice of counter backsplash. Now, not sure how the whole thing will hold up. (Remains to be seen). When I told them what happened, they wanted another $50 over the $1000 I had already paid to repair it. Probably wouldn't do this again. I would give them 5 stars had it not been for a price differential and the serious tire tracks the employee left in my grass while backing out my driveway. Their customer service is AWESOME! Nolan, The guy that came out to do my tub was really nice, and having him in my house didn't make me uncomfortable. The only issue I have with this company is that they offer FREE in home estimates, yet they never sent anyone out to view the bathroom prior to the day of the job. Upon arrival the day of the job, Nolan viewed my tub and realized that the price would be $150 more than I was quoted on the phone. I ended up declining the service altogether. Their customer service was still outstanding after I refused the job, and called to get my refund. They handled the matter professionally, and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Mike and his crew are the best. I used them 2 years ago to modify a tub in my elderly parents home and add grab bars to make their bathtub/shower safer. My parents just moved into a 55 and retired community so I had Mike send one of his guys to install 7 grab bars in two showers. This is on a brand new home with beautiful new ceramic tile showers. The gentleman that came out, Ryan was right on time, polite and did an outstanding job. He took his time--- mounted all the grab bars without any damage to the tile---and they are solidly mounted into wood studs. The grab bars they installed in my parents old house two years ago have not budged and are still solidly attached. Great job! read more
