I had just gotten back from my first Caribbean vacation with the boyfriend and his family, when all 411 photos seemed to magically disappear from my laptop AND my phone. Of course, I was the only photographer during the trip. In a typical technological crisis, I am not that useless. However, in this situation, all my efforts were futile. Once boyfriend's sweet grandma called me up asking for photos of us all, my heart sank; I knew I had to take professional action. My mac book bit the dust after it got knocked off the bed. I was scared that I had lost everything on my hard drive because my battery busted and was slowly expanding outwards, but Dave was able to recover my hard drive, transfer everything to an external drive and recycle what was left of my busted lap top with no issues at all. AND I spent much less than I thought I would have to taking care of it all. Dave was super friendly, super helpful and his retail space he has is awesome. I downloaded the Yelp app just to add yet another 5 star review for this place. If you have any issues with your computer, even scary I thought I lost everything situations like mine, this is your place, hands down. I live in a small town in New Mexico and we have terrible service just about everywhere and the place I was going to take phone to was charging me an arm and a leg. My sister lives in Denver so I checked online to find a place near her and found a few companies and gave them a call to get quotes and information. I decided to go with Tech Hub because he was the only one that was polite and gave me more info regarding the type of screen that would he would to replace on my phone. These guys are legit. After dropping my samsung galaxy 3 and having the LCD screen go out, I was without a cell phone for 6 days (and obviously going through withdrawals). I finally decided to look around and see if it could be repaired rather than spend up near $600 for a new phone. Dave and the guys at Tech Hub offered to switch out my current screen with a used one that they had for a killer deal. And they did it within 2hrs! Every other place I called, quoted me tripple the price I paid and weren't even able to fix it that day. I thought all was lost and figured I had to say goodbye to some of my favorite unfinished productions. Fear NOT. I went to Techhub originally to replace an old battery on my iphone 6. They were able to replace the battery the same day, but after receiving the phone back, we realized that there were issues with the speaker. Dave was incredible apologetic and reviewed their HD video that they take of all repairs and did not see where it how it could have happened. Even though it was clear that it was just an unfortunate issue with an old phone, he gave me a full refund on my iphone battery and transferred all my data to another iphone immediately. I rarely leave yelp reviews but I had to leave one for the guys at Tech Hub in Denver. Im not very knowledgable on the subject of computers, but I didn't feel at all embarrassed when asking all sorts of questions. They were friendly, to-the-point, and extremely helpful, with really affordable pricing. Sometimes when going to the Apple store you feel a little like you are at the mechanics, and you never know if they are trying to rip you off. Dave was awesome. My iPhone has been broken (headphone jack broke and both glass screens were busted) since October. I've brought it in to four other repair shops, non of which could help me. Turns out, the insurance company that gave me this replacement phone, gave it to me with malfunctioning parts. Dave made it his duty to find out exactly what was wrong, give me a replacement phone and make sure everything was working properly without charging me! Turns out my power cord was the problem and I'm still in business. Was able to watch the Apple 6 live streaming event while I waited, and love the combo TechHub / Art gallery space concept. I dropped off my computer today and left it there for them to diagnose. Their website states that they offer a free diagnosis over 3 to 5 business days. When I got there, they stated that that did not apply to custom build PCs, like mine, but that since there was a misunderstanding regarding that, they would wave the $50 charge. That is very good of them, and very much appreciated. So at this point, they have 5 stars from me. We'll see how it goes over the coming week. read more

This place is incredible. Dave helped me fix a broken phone screen, and a few months later, installed a new SSD in my MacBook.
