Was tired of dealing on the phone with numerous tech help who seldom seemed to be of much assistance in solving whatever problem I was having. I finally decided that what I needed was a good "primary care physician" not just for my physical health but also for my PC's health! Thankfully, I found Neal at Eric's Computer World He came to my house the next day and took control of my PC, cleaned it up, deleted junk, gave me some practical advice, and gave me a clean bill of health when he was finally done. Told me to call him if I had any problems and check back in 6 months. His fee was indeed reasonable. He speaks clearly and has a nice personality -- a regular person! A real person - not an AI Bot! Thanks, Neal.
