Took 20 minutes to finally get someone to unlock it. Understaffed and during several interactions with the staff, I didn't feel welcomed at all. I had originally brought my device into a different shop which was cheaper (U Break We Fix for ~$290) but they had said it would take two weeks for them to complete the job since the Surface specialist wasn't onsite. I have to leave back to school really soon so I wasn't able to wait. The extra $70 for a quicker job seemed to be worth it.
