I dropped by the Mobile Klinikum first, where I was quoted something north of 400CAD. I was charged 120CAD for the same service at the Tec Fixer. Only after exhausting all other mitigatory options, did he suggest a replacement. I would absolutely recommend The Tec Fixer for all your electronic repair needs!

When I arrived I handed him everything and he dropped the screen than when he realized it was crack didn't apologize but said he had new screens for 100$ than when I said no he lowered the price until he realized I was frustrated. Would not recommend this place rather go to a store who will acknowledge mistakes rather than a guy in an apartment building. Ive had people tell me that his prices were to high and that sometimes he would switch out your original parts of your phone with 3rd party parts but didnt want to believe it cause he's fixed so many of my phones In the past. Be cautious when considering him. Also have pictures and video to prove everything and text message conversations

AND that the new iPhone14 were coming out in Sept and Apple would shut-down most apps to force a new phone purchase. That's what I thought was happening. I thought for sure they were going to tell me I need a new phone Instead!! WOW!! Cell Xperts told me to give them 1/2 an hour. When I came back my phone WAS ALIVE!! only $70.00 and working faster and better than ever, ever since. Seriously, go there first when you have issues with your phone. They quickly noticed that the battery area was bulged up, confirming that it had been stored on the shelf in that position for a long time. Unfortunately my brand new Samsung phone that was out of the box for less than 12 hours was surprisingly already out of warranty since April 30 of this year. I can't even dispute this issue with this store since it's a Samsung issue, and this particular Samsung store refused to do anything related to repairs and warranties. This shop was going to charge it $130+tax for a battery swap, but I was able to find a repair shop in Markham that can do this for half the cost.

Rather than hitting me with a high priced repair quote, they insisted on rechecking the Warranty. To my surprise, my iPad was still covered. Forty eight hours later, they call and told me that my brand new iPad was ready for pickup. All that they charged me was a very reasonable service/handling fee. Not many shops go the extra distance for you like this, these days. Bottom line. If you want your computer electronics repaired: fast; and done right the first time by well trained and extremely competent technicians; Buy N Cell is the place to go.

"But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.
