The store exists for one basic reason - sell you things you forgot at home (headphones, chargers, etc) so you can travel more comfortably, and sell them to you at high margin because you don't really have a choice when traveling. Nothing wrong with that really, after all it was my fault I left my iPhone cord at home, so what am I gonna do?
A couple things - no returns on chargers, only replacements of the same thing. Makes sense; they exist to profit off your forgetfulness so why let you return it when you fly home, right?

A non-apple iPhone cable that only worked if I jiggled it a certain way, then stopped working altogether 24 hours later. That I can't return.
Avoid at all costs, this store exists to sell you knockoff peripherals at high margin because you don't have a choice. My suggestion: wait until you get to your destination hotel and ask for a free one. They usually have piles of them in the back from all the travelers that leave them behind. That's what I did, and it is the only reason I had a charged phone for the rest of the week. read more
