We easily found it and parked on Bartlett to avoid the Pine Knot parking fun. The owner was 'Johnny on the spot' selling us a can for $12. (Mountain Prices, we're used to it) He was kind and professional, but my favorite part of our visit was his housekeeper. She is about 36 inches tall, a hard worker and pretty proficient with a wet swiffer. She's greeted us back and told us she helps her grandpa "...because he's old". What a cutie! :) Btw, canned air worked like a charm and we are back in business! Thanks NetworkIT

I dropped my ipad off, then when I arrived to my house, I got a quote from another company for both the glass and the LCD screen and it was significantly less. I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price. I left it with them on Friday, and it was finished Monday. Very quick service. I met the manager finally, and was nervous due to all the bad reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. He was nothing like the bad reviews had sais. He was very professional. My ipad was was lagging, so he was trying to figure it out, and found out it needed an update.. so I left it there and an hour later I got a call that it was ready. It works so perfectly now. I am very grateful for their great customer service and professionalism.
