Tech Guys is one solid company, who really understand IT, computers, home networks. Here's a recap of what our situation was like; we were having the WORST internet issues you could imagine. Almost everyday our modem would restart, for no reason, and sometimes multiple times a day. Might I add that we were paying for a Gigabit speed of interview via Spectrum but in most rooms + ethernets were only getting like 20-90mbs speeds. It was ridiculous. We had someone install expensive equipment who unfortunately was not a specialist and therefore did not do a good job with installing. They couldn't figure out what our issue was either. Once we hired Tech Guys to come in to help fix our issues, we realized that not only did the non-specialist poorly terminate wires, place access points in poor spots, and really mess up our internal system, but also found out that our problem with the modem restarting was via Spectrum's end, took Tech Guys telling the technician he had to go up the pole to check the wires, which were damaged. Another might I add is the fact that this was the third time we had Spectrum come to the house to check out our problem. Tech Guys know their shit. I met with several other IT companies and no one could really understand or even seem to know what the cause of our issues was. Sean of Tech Guys had a great understanding of all the possible causes and really helped us resolve all of them. He stayed hours later one day just to help us set up the switches properly and talk us through stuff.
