I love when fixed objects "run" into your car and you wreck your back bumper - objects just come out of nowhere and attack your car. Honestly I didn't look at the several backup cameras and did this on my own accord. My friend and also Yelp were a great referral source because at first I was hesitant because I was in sticker shock. I have not had my car repaired in years so it was my bad to not understand that things are so much more money these days. Almost every time I called he picked up immediately. We discussed the quote from my insurance company and he helped guide me through the process. He made it all seamless and I got my car back in only a couple of days. Even though the accident was painful he made my car return to grandeur!

They did the service items I indicated based on my records of what had been done to my Audi TT over the past 9 years I've owned it. They also recommended two other items to potentially do once they got the car back in the shop -- one was a drive belt which I had not noticed as a service item to get done. Mine was starting to wear thin on a side (they showed me the actual belt when checking out). Wheh! Thanks for that catch. And another was rotating tires which does make sense to do, and I appreciate them for pointing that out. They were very nice and got those items done while I was waiting (as my Wisconsin location is not that close to their shop so I was a "waiter.") A big thanks for the great job they did. I will be back most certainly.

Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done.
