I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! I chose them because of the willingness to work with the deductible and mean while I couldn't even get them to work with me to clean out her car. I lost some of her medical equipment because of their inability to listen. She lost some things that are not replaceable because they refused to wait 2 more days so I could be able to clean out her car. How do you release a vehicle with out owners consent???

My car came down really hard on an unmarked speed bump and I started hearing noises I never heard…read morebefore. I wanted to know what happened and whether the car was safe or not. Julio took a drive with me right away and thought it was the wheel bearing by the sound of it. I couldn't wait at that time for a lift to open up so I went back first thing the next day. All he saw from the speed bump were dings, but he confirmed that a/the wheel bearing was going to need replacing (for about $300, which is at the low end). I asked if it was unsafe (not at this time) or if the repair was urgent (also not at this time). He told me if the noise got quite a bit worse that I'd need to get it fixed pretty quickly. NO CHARGE AT ALL. While the shop doesn't have a separate waiting room or magazines, a guy with more English showed me to a very nice and really clean table and bench set-up that was quite a surprise and worked great. Julio was very kind and seemed to understand my concerns. I don't have $300 right now, but I plan to go back to him to get the work done. Made me nostalgic for the neighborhood mechanic of yesteryear. Would highly recommend.
