Some of the teachers such as Nora and chessy are down to earth, brilliant and funny teachers. The receptionist Jessica was hands down the friendliest, most understanding one there. I won't name the other teacher but honestly I don't think she should be teaching anyone with her attitude. I asked her to repeat a skill she was teaching us and her response was simply "No". I paid $900 to be taught how to be a C.N.A, we can do better than just saying NO. I've seen worse schools and even worse reviews so I do recommend this place. Hopefully they can fix the few flaws they do have to make this school the best it can be.

They have years of experience teaching these courses as they were able to tell me what were the differences in practice between the old guidelines and the most current ones. One of the instructors was an RN so she able to give us practical tidbits and show us things to look out for in codes. Coming in I was really lacking in interpreting rhythm strips, and the instructor helped me remember easy ways to recognize the different patterns. I enjoyed the hands-on experience working the defibrillator while the instructor went through the different ACLS algorithms. Classes are small enough for you to feel like its individualized teaching and they definitely do want you to succeed so you can perform high-quality CPR in the field and/or participate in codes. Will come again when it's time to re-certify.
