Gorgeous Italian restaurant with absolutely delicious food and warm service.
We chanced upon Teca while walking around westbourne grove and the menu enticed us in. They have a lovely menu with some unique items you don't find everywhere in London - mainly some fun pasta shapes we had to cheekily google.
We split the burrata started which was absolutely heavenly. They source the cheese from Sicily and have it delivered fresh daily which explained why it was so good. The bread basket came with ciabatta and some cool thin fried bread from the south of italy. Even the olive oil was high quality - clearly a lot of thought being put into sourcing of each component of their menu.
We tried pastas as the main and were both very happy - perfectly cooked and flavourful but not too overwhelming. I ended the lunch with a cappuccino with came with little biscotti. The cappuccino wasn't amazing but it was a great way to end an incredible meal.
The restaurant even treated us to Bellinis on the house which was really a charming touch! The best part is how affordable the meal was for fantastic products and really attentive service.
Would definitely recommend! read more
