There is an order/pickup window on the outside but seems like they don't pay a lot of attention to it and their focus is on who's inside. Even when inside, the service is mid and rushed. If you want to enjoy your juice inside, there are a handful of tables to do so otherwise just take it to go. The juices have been good and ice cold just like any other JuiceLand location I've been to. When I order ahead and pay online for easy window pickup, the wait to get my drinks have been too long...more than ten minutes. There were times that I was told there was no such order as well...until I showed my full receipt via email and then my drink magically appears from their fridge because they were keeping it cold. Quick and simple drink and service went well until I got home to take my first sip. Actually my second sip when I noticed and felt something hard on my tongue. I slowly opened and stuck my tongue to grab what I just felt. To my surprise, it was a clear foreign object I assume was not edible. It was tiny but I knew it wasn't meant to be consumed or part of my drink! It looks like glass or clear plastic. My first thought was to contact Smoothie King and get a refund. I was too much craving for this drink and I was not hurt by it so I continued to enjoy my drink. I was cautious and every sip I took, I slowly squished around my mouth to make sure I didn't find anything else. I haven't finished my entire drink and placed it in the refrigerator to consume later. In the meantime time, I thought I would share this to warn the establishment to make sure they are more careful and make aware to customers what happened to me and possibly may also happen to them. As someone with Celiac Disease, I love how they offer gluten free options for their food. (Their food is also vegan.) I always go for the breakfast sandwich with smashed avocado and chili sauce. It is so good! Their smoothies are really good too, and I love the way you can customize them. Main Squeeze is a bit pricey, but it is really good. The store has always been clean and well looked after each time I go in there. It's got a nice vibe. Can't wait to go back again soon!
