Yay! Have been waiting for so long for this place to finally open!! I attended their taste testing (limited menu) but just enough to get my boba fix and of course buy some for home. There is plenty of parking here and it's located next to UPS, Sees Candy and Jamba Juice. There are a few seats inside if you want to chill or have a boba date. They put a glass up so you can actually watch them make the drinks. I do like how you can see what toppings they have so if you are not familiar with the toppings on their menu, you can see it first. Staff was super friendly. I had met the owners and spoken to their district manager Sara who provided the tea tasting and samples of the desserts. She was very welcoming and explained all the drinks very well and answered all my questions. Though they had the tastings for the drinks listed below, they still had the full menu available and since the majority of the staff are from other locations they are well equipped to make all the drinks and even drinks that may not be on the menu any longer like the Violetta latte! Tasting menu: Matcha Royale Silky mango Peach oolong Creamy jasmine Guava sunset Thai tea - they all taste amazing! But especially love how strong the jasmine tea was but still sweet and how refreshing the guava sunset taste. -the matcha wasn't too grassy tasting which I enjoyed For home, I ended up ordering their Matcha Royale, Guava Sunset, dirty Ube and taro lover. -for the Taro lover, they told me that it is made with powder but they incorporate real taro that they purée in house. Can't wait until the soft opening for Aug 17! read more

I've been waiting for weeks for this grand opening! I came here at 11:30 and got my drink. I have a strawberry colada, and it is very delicious--so yummy! I am anxiously awaiting the raffle to win something. I haven't won yet, but I suggest you come by and try this location. There are so many different varieties of flavors to mix, and you can customize your own drink. read more

I've really enjoyed the other Teaspoon locations, so I was excited to hear that this new place was opening. I walked in, and the owner greeted me with the friendliest welcome. Everybody there was extremely kind and warm, and you could tell how happy they were to have people coming in. I got the Silky Strawberry and Taro Lover, and both did not disappoint. Everything tasted consistent and fresh. The boba was the perfect consistency and I love their generous amounts. Everything is reasonably priced as well. I'd definitely come back to buy another drink. Would recommend! read more

A cute spot in Loehmann's Plaza, it's on the southwest side of the plaza. I tried the Silky Mango, infused with milk and honey, with boba. It was pretty tasty, but I learned that I do not like the boba (chewy tapioca balls) and its texture. I can tell that someone who loves boba would absolutely love this drink though. They had a very large variety of drinks including Vietnamese coffee, of which was very good, and strong. The Guava Sunset with pineapple marmalade was very good, and very refreshing. It can be tart, but you can add whatever percentage of sweetness you want from adjusting the pineapple marmalade. Inside, there were a few tables to sit and enjoy your drinks, and the staff were very friendly. Their displays were very well organized, and there was a shelf of dessert items that looked really good. This would be a nice place to stop for a break and cold drink while out running errands. #YelpSacramento @YelpSacramento @Teaspoon read more

Lovely little place. Trying the Ladybug drink was a nice first type of this drink. The lady there was very helpful in explaining the options. A good variety to choose from and an even some tasty bits as well. Close to other businesses and a main road so easy to find this location. Parking lot has enough spaces nearby. read more

Been coming every week because I cannot get enough of the starlight sesame with oat milk. Something about Hojicha and black sesame is just a good pair. Wish it wasn't a seasonal item because it's that good! If you get a chance, hurry and try it. I am not sure how much longer it will be on the menu. Also, if you like Vietnamese coffee, they have power hour from 9am to 12pm for $2 off coffee drinks (for a limited time). read more

Delicious amazing and spectacular. What an amazing place. Thank you. Love the space and vibes

I came here to this location the other day since they were the only Boba place nearby that was open, I was wanting a milk tea , I was surprised by the selection of all the other types of drinks that they had, unfortunately the Boba was not ready yet, and the milk tea was OK, really was not my best milk tea that I've had the tea tasted burnt, or like old coffee, kind of bitter... and it definitely was not sweet I suppose I needed to ask for it to be sweet I just thought it would be sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the tea. I think I will probably revisit this place I will not be getting any of the tea drinks. read more

I've been to the Davis location so this is my first time here at the fair oaks location. Let's go into my review Location and visibility: 5/5 I could find it right away. It's on the corner of the plaza. The location is convenient. Go shopping and then come back for boba or go get boba and drink while you're shopping. Drinks: 3/5 there is no food food items. But they do have pastries. My daughter loves the macaroons. Today my sister and I got 3 drinks. She got the lychee on lychee at 75% sweetness and I got the mango puree on organic whole milk. I couldn't reduce the sweetness according to the cashier. Total came out $13 before tips. The lychee sweetness was too sweet for me. I would have gotten the Vietnamese coffee on matcha or ube. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it was good. Customer service was excellent. 5/5. The cashier was patient was guided us to select a drink. I didn't feel rush. Also the day we went was on Sunday around 5pm and it wasn't super busy. read more

I'm so glad this opened up next to me! It's a really cute boba bar. It is brand new in Loehmanns Plaza as of fall 2024. I got a brown sugar boba. It was really delicious. It tasted similar to coffee with creamer. The boba was a great flavor. I'll be back try some more bobas! read more

I just love Teaspoon. All their locations are just so consistent. I ordered the grasshopper and it's my new favorite drink. I was advised to give it a good shake before drinking. I don't think I've had a drink more refreshing than it. Plus, it was made really quickly, I barely had to wait, which was impressive. read more

So excited there's a new Teaspoon closer to home!! They have a great location in Loehmann's Plaza so I had been eyeing it anytime I was driving past. It's a smaller one much like the other ones but they do have some tables inside, and there is outdoor seating around the corner if you wanted to hang out. Service is always super quick here which is impressive since they just opened up. I came in yesterday to grab the new Starlight Sesame drink which is a hojicha milk tea and it tasted so good! Very roasted flavor and true hojicha milk tea, which a lot of places don't offer! The crème brûlée on top makes it creamy and you can smell and taste it while you enjoy your drink! I will definitely be back soon again for that drink and to try the new ube creme brulee drink too. read more

Thought I would check out this fairly new Boba Tea shop located in Loehmann's Plaza. I ordered a Matcha Royale milk tea and added boba. I really enjoyed it! Staff were friendly and helpful. The cost was about $7.50 before tax+tip. Cute place and would return if in the area again. read more

First time coming here and i loved it! Perfect for summer. Fast service and fun menu! Would definitley come back!

Fantastic boba and coffee spot! They have some very innovative drinks, such as the "Vietnamese Coffee Frappe, Ube Foam Vietnamese Coffee, and Creamy Jasmine Green Tea". They make every drink on the spot, as they should, and every aspect is adjustable, such as the amount of syrup, sugar, boba, ice, foam, etc. Thr staff is always friendly, and typically very knowledgeable regarding what goes into each drink. Teaspoon has the practically expected Boba atmosphere, (bright earth tones, anime characters on the walls, clean white floors and walls, etc). However, their saving grace is the presence of an automated ordering system. It's critical to note that you are NOT restricted to waiting in line if the automated podium is available. Additionally, they have a bathroom that is readily available to all customers. Overall, they offer one of the better boba experiences in Sacramento, with a focus on drinks rather than poorly prepared, fried and re-heated food (T4U I'm looking at YOU). read more

I always have a great experience whenever I come here. They are super fast with the drinks as well :)

I have never been more excited for this location to open close to my house! When I lived in the Bay Area I had a teaspoon super close and missed it so much! When I saw the soft opening, I crossed over 3 lanes of traffic and had to go! The gentleman working was explaining everything to my mom (she never been) and I couldn't stop telling him how excited I was that they FINALLY opened! read more

Teaspoon offers a wonderful menu that has unique drinks that made my sweet tooth go crazy. The drinks came out pretty fast and the drinks are of decent quality. Boba had a nice chew to them (which I like), and the drinks were not overwhelmingly sweet. I got the silky strawberry and the bits of strawberry within the drink made me love the drink even more. The overall tea was so smooth and delicate, I felt like the milk tea was coating my tastebuds so well haha I'll try the fruit teas next time when I'm here. So glad the milk tea drinks were top-notch. Highly recommend this boba shop to hit your cravings right after your lunch or dinner plans haha. read more

Tried their silky strawberry and it was good! Basically just a super sweet strawberry milk with boba. The boba was chewy and pretty sweet. I don't think this specific drink can be adjusted for sweetness but some of the other drinks can. Their drinks overall tends to be on the sweeter side so I always adjust to 25-50% if possible. I appreciate how this drink comes with boba but I asked if it can be substituted for crystal boba and the owner(?) said yes but there would be a upcharge for it as an additional topping, which I don't really understand since it would be subbed. The drink was $6.75, which is on the pricier side but I guess pretty standard for a drink with boba nowadays, but I wish there was a cheaper option for this drink without boba so that I have the option to choose the topping. I do notice that their drinks overall tends to be on the pricier side compared to other boba shops but am happy to see they offer happy hour deals! Still a good boba option if you're in the sac area and I would come back again, probably during happy hour! read more
