They had a long time and I was hoping to have the saffron baked item they had 2 weeks ago, but apparently they were seasonal and no longer. Just for the holidays they said. Oh, they were so delicious I came back hoping to get one because they reminded me of the Filipino baked good called Ensaymada. Last week, I went with my daughter who was visiting from Hawaii, and she got the Danish type pancakes shaped into 4 hearts to make 1 piece. She loves it and has had it several times. Their items sell out fast which is telling! Today, since the saffron wasn't avail, what else to get and they recommended the Semla, which looked like a cream puff. It is a Swedish pastry that is served during Mardi Gras. What?!? I had no idea. I learned so much!!! Just a gem of a place. Definitely will be back.

I've purchased cupcakes at other local, "go to " popular cupcake shops in Lacey/ Olympia & this cupcake is far superior . The attention to detail was amazing, I was giggling with excitement on the way home. Surprised my SO with it and she was ecstatic--hopping on FaceTime left & right showing her family & friends. The presentation is one thing--the taste is another. After cutting into it & biting, it was delicious! Incredibly moist and light, we loved it, it was the best tres leches I've ever had--and my SO said it tasted exactly like her grandma's. 10/10 would go back for any occasion.
