They also put my wrong age and wrong family history in the reports! My doctor informed them I could not do the mammogram on that day due to my breast having severe pains. They insisted on doing it anyway, slammed the machine down on my breast until I nearly fainted from the pain and said they could not proceed. When I received a copy of the results, they put the wrong results on the CD. I traveled an hour back to get another CD and asked if they could open the files in front of me so I could make sure the right ones were there. "We don't have any computers that can open the files on the CD, ma'am." I said, "In this giant imaging center, you don't have one system that can look at what is on the CD you are burning?" "No, ma'am." Was told the visit would be $420 upon going in. Turned out to be over a thousand dollars and was billed for the ultrasound 3 separate times. I am told to go back and repeat the whole process because I need to re-do the mammogram they themselves tried to force after my doctor told them I could not withstand it due to severe pain. Do not go to this location--I now have to pay to repeat all of these tests and can't even use these results, if they are even on the second CD, which they probably aren't.

I saw someone's comment about the condition of one bathroom. Unfortunately some people are just rude and gross. There are a few different bathrooms, so you alert the staff and use a different bathroom. If the staff doesn't address the problem then that's a problem or if all the bathroom are in a bad state. I have always found the staff is professional and respectful. You get your test results pretty quickly. They don't keep you waiting for appointments. They do remind you a bunch of times to schedule your appointment which is both annoying and helpful but some people do need those reminders. I have to admit that I hate needing to go to an imaging center for every xray or scan because my doctor used to do a number of diagnostic in his office as part of my yearly physical so one appointment and your done. Unfortunately my insurance company will only cover the cost of certain tests if they are done at an imaging center which is damn annoying. Insurance companies really piss me off but that isn't the imaging center's fault. In fact I was able to schedule my annual mamo with one of the scans I needed in back to back appointments. You also always are told your out of pocket costs before your visit so there are no billing surprises which I appreciate.

That was fine. I was luckily able to cover it. A few weeks later I received an additional bill for about $25 so I reached out for an explanation and itemized bill. They confirmed they would send one over and I let them know I'd wait on that and discuss with my insurance to see why I'm receiving an extra charge. I am still waiting on this itemized bill now almost 4 months later. I finally gave up and gave them a call to request that itemized bill again and hopefully just close the loop and pay if needed. They let me know on the phone that it had already been sent to collections. When I asked for a supervisor the supervisor let me know that they had overcharged me and were actually going to call the bill back from collections and process a refund for me. This was yesterday. Today I get a call that the collections recall was denied and that I did have to pay more money and that it was on me to pay the collections. This whole run around has been an absolute nightmare with them. The billing department is awful. All of this could've been avoided if they had sent me an itemized bill or simply explained WHY there was an additional charge. What a joke. I will not be returning and I will be letting everyone I know to go anywhere else.
