Brady and his team were excellent on getting us to close in 15 days. We went with the TBD approval process which allowed us to offer a 14 day close. We were delayed a day due to how crazy the refinance market has been over the last couple of months as rates dropped precipitously, but Brady and team were able to expedite it and get it done. The rates generally seemed reasonable compared to what I was seeing offered online, but unfortunately, there isn't much transparency in this area; but that's a knock against the general industry, not Brady & team. With how much of a seller's market it is, I would highly recommend using a local lender like Brady who can provide quick, personable and reliable service rather than directly with a bank, even if the bank will give you a better rate. You can always refinance with another bank later on. Upon close, he also donates $250 to a charity of your choice, which I thought was awesome. read more
