Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I just received. We placed an order with the company for patches. They had a minimum order of 100 patches so we made that order and had some of the patches used for hats. When they shipped us the hats they did not send the remaining patches. When I asked where the patches were I was told they held onto them in case we wanted to place another hat order in the future. 2020 happens, obviously we do not have the funds to place another hat order. I reach out today asking if we can pay to have our patches mailed to us. I am told they have been thrown out, they only hold merchandise for one year. This is the first I am ever told this. An attempt to contact me was never made before throwing out goods that had been paid for in full! Then she has the nerve to ask if I would like to place a new order! HA! With the same company that threw away my merchandise? yeah, no thanks. read more
