Went in here a couple of weeks ago and still upset with the service we received. We went in as we were next door getting Mexican food and looking for polos for our business. Walked in and wasn't greeted when finally approached he asked what we were looking for and he said the polos were over there and walked away. Why would I support a business with zero customer service? read more

Team PHUN is a one stop shop for all your needs, even those you were unaware of! I work with a few different companies in SD to get print work done, from shirts to marketing materials, and I must say - they blew my mind by what they could do. Whether you just have an idea, or are trying to bring the bottom line down on cost of goods, give them a shout. They work with vendors on an international level which allows them to help you. And did I mention their customer service is top notch? Let's just say if it were ever to come to getting you your order or fulfilling their own merch table, they always seem to make sure you walk away with your hands full! Kudos guys! Jessie, Sean and the Team Phun Krew - THANK YOU! read more

Jesse, Jared and Sean are a great group of guys. They have always been super flexible on all of my orders and brought me a bunch of different design and print options. Their work stands out from the rest of the companies in SD because they add that extra special zest to each design and product that other companies don't If you go with Team Phun you will get products that stand our from the crowd and you'll also get a great price....and you'll probably end up being friends with these guys they are long time locals and super friendly. read more

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I just received. We placed an order with the company for patches. They had a minimum order of 100 patches so we made that order and had some of the patches used for hats. When they shipped us the hats they did not send the remaining patches. When I asked where the patches were I was told they held onto them in case we wanted to place another hat order in the future. 2020 happens, obviously we do not have the funds to place another hat order. I reach out today asking if we can pay to have our patches mailed to us. I am told they have been thrown out, they only hold merchandise for one year. This is the first I am ever told this. An attempt to contact me was never made before throwing out goods that had been paid for in full! Then she has the nerve to ask if I would like to place a new order! HA! With the same company that threw away my merchandise? yeah, no thanks. read more

Sean, Jesse and Jared are rad! We were just starting our new business and needed some promotional items, in this case tote bags and trucker hats, and found them online local here in San Diego. Reaching out to them via Facebook they were more than happy to answer all of our questions and try and better understand what our needs were. The process was seamless and we were able to pick up our bags and trucker hats at their brick-and-mortar off of Turquoise Street. Will for sure consider them for all future orders!
