I have been looking for a place to do embroidered apparel and hats for my new company and this place came highly recommended. After a quick phone call, I stopped by and Anu was awesome to work with. She was extremely professional and made the process very smooth. She was flexible with all of my requests and made sure that things were done in a timely manner and also with precision. She also made some good suggestions for things I didn't think about, which made the product turn out way better! The embroidery came out great and I couldn't be happier. I will be going back for more promotional items and clothing in the near future. She is also a pleasure to chat with! Anu and her staff were amazing to work with. I had a rush job...10 hats that needed embroidery. She gave her professional opinion on all aspects of the job...the thread color, the size of the letters, the font type, the placement of the letters, etc. She provided an emailed proof to confirm spelling and completed the job within 1 day (during the busy holiday season!). The hats turned out better than I had even expected...amazing job, service and very reasonable pricing. Thank you!!! read more

I am so happy I found Fully Promoted. I had a simple design, and about one week to find a shop that would screenprint 25 shirts. I have never had an easier time comparing shirts, prices, designs, and measurements, all thanks to the help of Ms. Kumar and her team. Once I showed my university organization the shirts I ordered, everyone was smiling with joy, especially because I got the order 3 days earlier than expected! For the first time, my organization got nice shirts that we could wear outside of school! Really happy with how my project turned out and it would not have happened the way it did without the help of Ms. Kumar. Super thankful for the management and team at Fully Promoted/EmbroidMe of Sorrento Valley! read more

I have been working with Anu since 2006, when she made my soccer team's jackets until now, when she is making my company's branded gear from jackets to masks to hats! She is responsive and follows up with updates along the way. I trust her to make our visions a reality and deliver quality merchandise every time. In addition to the hundreds of branded jackets and masks (which we got great quantity discounts on), she included free branded hats. Host Healthcare plans to continue doing business with Fully Promoted for our future projects. Thank you for nearly 15 years of amazing service! read more

What a pleasure it's been to work with Anu and her team. After several years working with another supplier here in San Diego I got tired of their very poor customer service and surly attitude. Review is based on the service i have received in the last few days. I was assisted by Susan and the owner herself Anu. They are extremely friendly and professional. When i first arrived i was assisted by Susan and she was very helpful. Asked all the detailed questions. I was shopping around to receive quotes from other vendors. After speaking with Anu, i reconsider my options and decided to work to EmbroidMe. Anu is super sweet, friendly and honest. Came by the other day to look at the sample and the sample itself looked great. I have yet to received the finished products and look forward to it based on the other customer reviews, they all seem to be very happy with the results. Through my hunt with other vendors and quotes, I can honestly say, EmbroidMe has given me the best service, focuses on quality and customer satisfaction. They are patient and listen to what you want and need. read more

Meh I start places out with 5 stars so here goes the knockdowns. 1 star gone for the location and size of the shop. if you didnt know the plaza didnt exist you would never find it 2nd star, only 2 workers, they work hard at what they do but they got keep their people skills up to date. It seems my friend knows the owner so they like him, but if we were random people i dont know...... Its okay to get small things done but if youve never been here you might never find it read more

I recently did business with Anu at EmbroidMe for the first time, and believe me, I will be back! Anu worked closely with me to create the exact design I wanted, she quickly did all the necessary set-up and within less than 10 days, I had my finished products. And all of this during the week before Christmas... amazing! The creativity, professionalism, enthusiasm, and top quality workmanship is well worth the drive to Mira Mesa from North County. Both Anu and Ben are sincere and friendly people, with high standards. For embroidery, silk-screening, and other personalization needs this is definitely the place to go! And the costs are reasonable, too. :) Bottom line.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! Debra N. - San Marcos read more

After getting a quote over the phone from the La Mesa EmbroidMe location, I visited this location since it was more convenient. I assumed the price to embroider my scrubs would be comparable. However, I was quoted twice as much!! The Indian woman who worked there said her fees are higher because of her location and that I was making up the quote. Save yourself some money, i saved over $100. If you're willing to drive down to La Mesa they'll do just as good a service at a cheaper price and less of an attitude. read more

This is my company's number one place to go when we need embroidery - and that happens all the time! I'm on the edge of deciding whether to give EmbroidMe a two-star or three-star rating, because I have definitely "experienced better" but the ending result was actually pretty good. In short: EXPENSIVE. That's all. Oh, and there is a bus that takes you RIGHT in front of the store. Don't make the same mistake as me and have to walk 2 miles to the store hahaha. Just like the first review says, it's difficult to find, but thankfully, my gbig took me there before, so I knew where to go when I went to pick up my item. It's difficult to understand one of the workers, and I believe she might be the owner, and although the tone of her voice doesn't seem very friendly, she was patient and helpful. I wanted to get my Big letters, so I needed to get a cardigan embroidered on the front, left and right sleeves, and the bottom of the back. I didn't get the typical vertical letters, but rather opted to embroider my fraternity's letters horizontally. I brought in my own cardigan, which I purchased from American Apparel, and they were fine with that and they do have their own sweaters available to purchase. The only reason why I would not come here again is because it is very expensive. They charge from $11-15 for each embroidery and just for the embroidering, it cost me about $50, which was actually slightly more expensive than the cardigan itself, and we're talking about American Apparel cardigans...hahah. Unfortunately, this is one of the only embroidery stores that I know of at San Diego and needed to get this embroidery done quickly. I didn't mind the price at the time because I had done some odd jobs to earn extra money and really wanted to get my Big his letters soon. They did get the cardigan done exactly the way I wanted it, so if you don't mind the price, this place is good. I later met some sorority girls who got their AA cardigans done at Riverside and they paid $40 for both the letters and the embroidery, which is a great price, and I found an embroidery place near my hometown, where I got my class letters done. I don't think I will be coming to this place again anytime soon, unless it is an emergency and I don't have time to get the services done away from SD. read more

Excellent customer service! I needed a promotional item with a 24-hour turnaround and Erica and Anu at Fully Promoted/Embroid Me San Diego at Mira Mesa came through with flying colors! They helped me choose an item and within hours the item was in process for an on-time delivery. They maintained communication throughout the process and were readily available to respond to my queries. Thank you, I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. read more

While other embroidery shop owners grumbled and balked at the lead time I gave them for a very small rush order, Anu and Dennis took on my job with "happy feet" and enthusiasm. They met and beat my deadline. Their communication was great. Their work was outstanding. The cost , even with the expected rush charge, was reasonable. The steps it takes to produce a finished embroidery job are not as easy and simple as one might expect as i have learned, but. because they are professionals, they make it look easier than it really is. I know I'll be back again and I'll work for a more realistic lead time. read more
