I cannot express enough how disgusted and furious I am with Team One Auto and Jason Warren, the owner. I purchased a transmission from them and almost immediately had problems. The service light came on and the vehicle has not run correctly since. I did my part -- I reached out multiple times, sent emails, even attached proof with photos of the service light -- and I was completely ignored. Not one reply. Not one phone call. Nothing. That's not just bad customer service, that's pure negligence and flat-out disrespect. This place will gladly take your hard-earned money, but the second there's an issue, they vanish and leave you holding the bag. It's shady, dishonest, and exactly the type of behavior that gives auto shops a terrible reputation. Jason Warren clearly does not care about his customers or standing behind the work his business puts out. To ignore a paying customer who has a legitimate issue is beyond unprofessional -- it's insulting. I shouldn't have to beg for accountability. A transmission is not a cheap part, and for it to fail immediately and then be met with total silence is absolutely outrageous. Do not trust Team One Auto. If you buy something from them, pray it works, because once you drive off their lot, you are on your own. They will not help you, they will not respond, and they certainly will not take responsibility. I will never do business here again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid Team One Auto at all costs. If you don't want to be cheated, ignored, and left with a worthless part in your car, stay far away from Jason Warren and his shop. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with Team One Auto Group. I had been told from another "reputable" repair shop that I needed new ball joints and would not pass my next inspection. They had also stated I needed new spark plugs which I knew were due. I decided to visit Team One and request a second opinion which I'm glad I did. Team One said my ball joints were fine and had plenty of wear left on them before they needed replaced. Team One also changed my spark plugs for half of what the other place was going to charge. went here 4 years ago for a multitude of work needed to be done to my car. the one item they didnt perform, which I had to end up doing 2 weeks later as my car would constantly overheat. my car broke down this week, so I tore it down to find that they didnt follow proper procedure for my water pump, which could have potentially led to a premature failure. that and I was charged for a part I never received. I'll never take my vehicle here again, as well as warn any friends and acquaintances of this place. Good part is they gave me my invoice for my warranty work. We were about half way to our our vacation when our car overheated and was completely unusable in Dillsburg, PA. We were 100% stranded, with no way to fix the car ourselves or get home. A few people at a local diner down the road told us they'd heard good things about Team One Auto, so we limped the car down 15 and stopped in. Todd greeted my husband and they discussed the problem. Though they really didn't have the time to work on our car, they made the time AND helped us get to a rental car place since our car was not able to be driven. I cannot emphasize enough how much Todd helped us out and how kind he was. We were stranded one state away from our home, and one state away from our hotel and he truly did save our day. AAANNND, they did not over charge us for emergency service (which many places would have in that situation.) The crew at Team One Auto Group are serious rock stars in our eyes and they deserve to be recognized for their service. Kind, friendly and helpful crew. I would recommend that anyone in the area needing work on their car drives right past the other places and right into this parking lot. read more

We got a flat tire on our way to our vacation. We happened to stop across the street when we noticed it. We called them, and in less than 40min, they came, and took off our tire, drove it across the street, repaired it and put it back on my car. It was amazing! Amazing folks. Took our car in immediately as emergency. Gave us a loaner & worked for 6 hours on a Friday afternoon past closing time to put new brakes pads & caliber on. We were blessed to find such kind folks. Tried 3 other locals with no luck. Recommend these folks highly!! read more

A few years ago I stopped taking my car here because I was told if I fixed what my car needed to pass inspection, if it was within a week, they would reinspect for free. They didn't and after speaking with the owner, Jason, he apologized and gave the excuse that "the manager that told you that is new, doesn't know our policies..." etc. Offered a free oil change. I said no, I won't be back. That experience aside, my brother still made an appointment with them this last week to get something simple and quick done. He had an appointment at 8, as he worked at 4pm and his ride was my mother, who was scheduled to pick up my husband from harrisburg at 530pm. None of this should have been a problem. After numerous calls throughout the day to check on it, numerous excuses as to why it wasn't done, they ended up getting a call around 345 to say the car was done. This was not extensive, labor intensive work. They get there, already having my brother set up to be late to work, and the car is STILL ON THE LIFT. This was from an appointment at 800 AM. After all was said and done, they left the shop at 445, my brother was late to work and my mother was late to pick up my husband. Thank god we don't have kids in daycare or anything because Team One would have gotten the bill. Terrible customer service, can't keep appointment times, and completely unreliable. read more

I was en route to Berwyn, PA for business when I had a blowout on Rt. 15. I used Google to find a Dillsburg tire provider and read Team One had good reviews. I called and explained I would need a tow; told them what tires I had and that I would need 1 to match or 2 similar. My tow arrived within 5 minutes. The tire to match mine arrived as I sat down in the lobby. They even though to ask if I had hazard insurance on my tires. I was back on the road with a mounted and balanced tire within about an hour. Incredible! I highly recommend these folks - great service. read more
