I found Imaginative Solutions through Yelp's Project Assistant while looking for contractors to…read morerepair a water-damaged wall and replace a window. After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.

Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !
