I found Imaginative Solutions through Yelp's Project Assistant while looking for contractors to…read morerepair a water-damaged wall and replace a window. After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.

We wanted a room built around a 16' SwimSpa which was a challenging project which several other builders were unable to even quote us because they didn't know how to build the vault to sink the spa 3 feet below ground level and creat a trap floor deck to allow access to the mechanics. Keith knew exactly what we needed and promptly put together a beautiful de sign that included a proper dehumidifier, fan to vent fumes and an external heat pump so we can heat the spa more efficiently (and it cools the water too!). Every aspect of his design was perfect! Our addition is stunning. Once we moved the exercise equipment into the addition, Keith had his team reconfigure one of the bedrooms that was on a split hallway from our main bedroom so it now opens into our main bedroom. This leaves us with two private guest rooms and a guest bath adding a walk-in dressing room off the main bedroom. It is so amazing - the closet space we now have is enviable. His main crew Jimmy and Mike are master craftsmen who not only build your dream but are super nice and wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we found Keith and his team and highly highly highly recommend this Company and Crew. He kept us in the loop throughout the project (via text and calls), explained every step of the permit process in a way we could easily understand, worked hard to get the project done even with some supply chain delays and was wonderful with add-ons and changes my spouse came up with during the project. We can't say enough good things about Keith and are so fortunate we found this amazing company to do our remodel. They really are Remodeling Pros!

Never had someone have so much attitude on the estimate alone.

I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

We hired Honey Do Service to do multiple repairs/jobs around my mom's house. Along the way, they noticed a few things that needed attention and called/emailed us immediately to inform us and to see what we wanted to do. Communication was great throughout the entire job. Michael was the main handyman on the job and was wonderful! His attention to detail with the woodworking was excellent. Freddy also helped Michael during the process. Both gentlemen were kind, respectful and careful with how they handled the jobsite. I also have to give a shout out to Scott (owner) and Brittany (office) - they were great to work with. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend them. Thank you, The Honey Do Service! We are very happy with the work you did!

Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.
