We did our research and thought Tadlock roofing would do a good job, we also upgraded the roof…read moreshingles and we paid 3,000 extra for a new chimney siding to be redone to follow manufacturer warranty guidelines, but we are very disappointed. Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.

The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. Reliability of this company was the best I had ever experienced, and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I will be reaching back out soon for new gutters. I included some pictures of the previous work which dealt with removing walls in our house putting up a beam to secure the ceiling, and putting tongue and groove over the old popcorn on our vaulted ceiling. They recently put a beautiful front porch on our house, which is well constructed and looks terrific. We are about to have it painted but wanted to share these photos of the finished product before paint. K & K is reliable, responsive, and will work with homeowners and businesses to ensure the product is exactly as expected. We greatly appreciate their work ethic and their Commitment to quality. We've recommended KNK to other homeowners in our neighborhood who are in the process of contracting with them to make home renovations. we are all extremely pleased With their service and reliability. We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they…read morefixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.
