Not to mention she is such a kind hearted person and has such a passion for fitness. I joined her small group Saturday workouts and love how I am feeling. I love how Natali looks at her clients' health holistically and cares not only about your fitness goals, but also about your mental and emotional health. She's so experienced in all aspects of health and I love how her background in bikini competitions makes her the BEST trainer for women looking to firm up those thighs and that booty! I LOVE her customized meal plans-- the recipes are delicious and it's such a luxury having a trainer tell me what to eat to help me reach my goals! I had been going to the gym and dieting for five months before I started training with Natali. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted and was feeling so frustrated and lost. But after just a few weeks of working with Natali, I finally started seeing the results I've been working so hard for! Natali is fun, funny, and super supportive. Regardless of your fitness or diet goals, Natali will meet you exactly where you are and help you on your journey to get where you want to be. I can't recommend Natali enough!!!

In less than 3 months she reshaped my skinny fat physique into a nationally qualified competitor. During my prep, she wrote my meal plans to the gram and showed me the correct way to execute gym exercises. From the very start, she included me in her network of other beautiful, fit, positive, and supportive women. She emphasizes optimism and healthy body image. You will never hear a negative word come out of her mouth. She is the kind of person than makes anyone want to be become better inside and out just be being in her presence. She also trains clients online. The gym is in a convenient location off or Grant, very close to I-10. Her walls are decorated with the before and after pictures of just a few of her competitors, many of whom place in their very first shows. If you are looking to make a positive life change, build a healthy body, or simply join a network of positive and fit people, then contact Patricia immediately!

This review is longgg overdue…read more I'm a snowbird in Tucson. And having trained with an excellent trainer in Seattle, I wanted to do something more challenging and *different*. Thanks to the great Yelp reviews I found Patricia. Patricia was offering the 12 week transformation, where you go from flab to fab, but that's not what interested me. It was her personal gym which is filled to the brim with excellent equipment for every body part (and some body parts you never knew existed - OUCH! ;) Patricia also had accompanying meal plans and supplements. Since I started with the supplements and meal plans, I've not had the excrutiating post-workout muscle pain that prevents me from getting off the floor after 12 hip thrusters (the pain is *real*, ladies!) Drinking a gallon of water a day also really helps. Thanks to Patricia's, egg whites, Isopure Whey Protein, supplements and are part of my forever meal plan, as boring as they sound. I've changed the macros of my diet, though if I really want to do the total body transformation like some of the awesome ladies whose pictures are posted on the "wall of fame" I have to reduce my fat intake to a level where I feel that life isn't worth living anymore. Like all programs, Patricia's transformation is what we make of it. In the meantime, I've stayed the same weight as when I started the program, but just the other day I deadlifted 150lbs! (Though with a hex bar.) At Lowe's, I loaded my cart with about 200lbs worth of edging stone, while another guy gaped at me. Yes, and that's the other thing - Patricia's gym is mainly female-centric, so that we ladies can feel safe and empowered to reach our utmost abilty. I really enjoyed my time training with Patricia and appreciated how accessible she was, even outside of our training sessions. And I'm looking forward to going back to Tucson and starting back up with her again.

When snowbirds are here you can't really get into classes ( most are great) unless you set alarms for yourself and sign up a couple of days ahead. The place skews older and I although there are high school kids there in the afternoons it's not age diverse. Plus side is it's very forgiving and a great place to start weight lifting and more. There are paid programs for that and I think that would be worth it. I belong to a few other places so it's not a problem. I really like yin yoga there and trx . If this is going to be your main place you will be frustrated.

I discovered the Tucson Jewish Community Center after they hosted the Hot Cocoa Run 5K (hands down one of the funnest, most vendor-packed races I've ever done ), and let me tell you--walking into the JCC feels like stepping into a whole other world. This place is HUGE and has everything. They gifted a week pass in our swag bags from 5k and I fully leaned in--and I'm so glad I did. First off, the community + programming here is next level. I got to participate in pottery and ceramics classes (SO fun and surprisingly legit), and I love that they partner with local creatives and groups. It gives the whole place a collab, community-driven feel that I'm always looking for. On the fitness side--they're not playing around. I took multiple classes, and their cycle class (aka performance ride ) was actually really solid. Great energy, great programming. I also hit a strength-based class that delivered, and the gym floor itself is super clean, spacious, and not overcrowded (major win). The crowd is also refreshingly diverse in age, which I loved--it truly feels inclusive. And can we talk about the Cafe at the J... because YES. Tons of vegan options , actually flavorful, and super affordable. Not your typical "gym cafe" situation at all. Beyond that, this place is basically a mini campus--tennis, pools, art spaces, events, rentals, and even traditional Jewish baked goods (fresh bread, hello ). They also host a TON of events--like so many it's hard to keep up--so definitely check their calendar because there's always something happening. Overall, I'd absolutely go back. Whether you're going for fitness, arts, community events, or just to explore something new in Tucson--this place is a whole experience.

Only difference from Performance is that the new owner did a slight remodel, and created a group fitness room. I gave this gym 4 stars because it's very friendly, everyone greets you with a hello when you walk in. Most of the members work out one-on-one with a trainer, so it's never that crowded. But, it's small and pretty pricey. I'm not sure exactly what the monthly membership rate is, but based on what Performance used to charge, I believe it's close to $80+/month depending on the level of membership you purchase. My favorite trainer there is Tovah (I would give her 5 stars if I could do just that), she teaches Power Yoga, Spin and Bootcamp. She is a very versatile trainer who makes you work hard. I really enjoy her Yoga classes because she usually has a Pilates fusion, to strengthen and stretch. Her classes are always different, so you never know what you'll be doing that day. I highly recommend trying out one of her Power Yoga classes!

It's never crowded, it's very friendly (it's like Cheers, you walk in and people will actually say hi - and not in a fake way). I have never missed a ONE workout because I honestly look forward to going and having a good time while working my butt off. They have high-quality equipment and fantastic group classes. There are a lot of independent trainers. Mine is Mark and he is seriously my training soul-mate. My husband sees Bob, and Bob is easily the nicest and most entertaining person you'll ever meet. Bob also teaches the 9:15 bootcamp class (melt) and my husband says he's the best (and he's VERY hard to please, I was surprised). I've taken a lot of spin classes all over town and this by far the place to go. I burn the most calories (I wear a heart rate monitor) and it's more personal, I've never had more than 3 or 4 people in my class. It feels like you have your own personal spin instructor, which *could* be awkward, but Tovah is just amazing and super nice. She's challenging but also lets you do the best you can without giving you a hard time. I sometimes still spin at LA Fitness, but LA totally sucks compared to Ignite (LA is just cheaper, but they have to be cheap to get any business there. Also, LA's spin room is clear so the whole gym can see in and gawk at you, which totally bugs me out). This place IS pricey...for a reason. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Although my LA Fitness membership is *much* cheaper, I decided to make an investment in my health and just go for it. And it is worth it; because I look forward to going and so I go more often, I'm seeing great results.
