Placed an order on 1/25/2018 for my Little League team. 14 shirts & 5 caps. All Blue Jays. Opening day is 2/24 so I figure I've got plenty of time. Most of the order is fulfilled, but 1/3 of it is on back order. I'm thinking no biggie, we've got time. Three of the items were t-shirts coming directly from Majestic. On 2/8 I tried getting an update and the CSR told me told me "the drop ship coordinator saying the expected ship date is 2/23/18." She encouraged me to cancel and order somewhere else if I'd like. So I did. But guess what. The package was actually shipped on 2/7. Had I been given the correct information, I would have waited. But again, I tried to look at the silver lining in that I found shirts at half the price and all I would have to do is return the order to TeamExpress. But now I'm waiting for the caps. I get a shipment of the 3 caps on 2/17. I'm thinking "good everything in time for Opening Day." When I open the box, there is 1 Blue Jays cap and 2 Cincinnati Reds caps!! Well, 1 week to go, let's see if the can correct this. Spoke to a CSR, he put in a new order for Blue Jays caps to be sent 2nd Day Air at their expense. On 2/21 I get the new shipment and again I'm thinking "good, everything in time for Opening Day." Well I open the package and, you guessed it, 2 Cincinnati Reds caps. This has to be a programming/purchasing error, but for goodness sake, if the purchase order says "Blue Jays" can't someone figure out it's wrong! Also, is this the first time someone has ordered that specific product that they didn't know it was not coded correctly? When I called, the verified that they do not have the caps I need in stock and don't expect anything soon. Now I'm left with 2 kids without caps. They will have to go to a local store and spend more money than the rest of the team. As one parent said, "it's a drag I have to pay more because TeamExpress screwed up." read more

My daughter needed softball pants. The first set was a little larger than expected so we are returning them - and the return policy is excellent. We ordered a different set and they arrive extremely quickly - even with non - expedited shipping they were here in 4 days. read more

Every order I have placed has been delivered as expected, exactly what i order and delivered on the date that was communicated. Their prices are competitive and they have great deals on good gear (not junk). Not really any need for me to shop elsewhere for softball gear for my teams. read more

I placed an order about 2 weeks or so before Christmas. For an Easton ghost fastpitch glove for a gift for my daughter from team Express. It said guaranteed to arrive before Christmas on the site. Well, i never recieved a shipping notification so i began trying to contact them on Christmas eve and thats when i found out the customer service department was being revamped and they'd get to my email as soon as they are able via automated response. After a month i have had to file a claim with amazon pay to be refunded. They finally did respond this week and explain that they are moving the company to another state so everything is backed up or out of stock. Yet they did not update their website and had no problems taking my money before Christmas? Allowing me to believe i had a gift on the way for my daughter. Not cool Team Express. I did get my money back because thankfully i paid via Amazon pay. But i will not be taking another chance with them in the future. Their customer service was not great, and had i paid through their site directly i might not have recieved the refund yet either. read more

I placed my order on Feb 26th and I still have not received my shipment as of March 14th. I have spoken with a couple of customer service members and the last one mentioned that UPS has seemed to have lost it. I never received an initial "shipped confirmation" email, so, there has been no way for me to track it. They have said they cannot ship another one (an $8 item) or refund my money, because they told me the order is "complete" and UPS made the error. This is poor customer service and poor reliability, I am very frustrated. read more

All I can say is wow- what a joke of a store! I concur with the other reviews- shop else where. Calling customer support put's you in line from 30-60 callers ahead of you. Think email would be faster? Nope- think again. They say it could be up to 7-10 day's to get a response via email. I'm already on day 9- and I'm not holding my breath on getting a response in the next couple day's. Yesterday, I stayed on hold for almost a half hour for the "Customer Service Rep" to tell me my order seems to be sitting in the warehouse (for the past 2+ weeks) and she didn't know why it didn't ship. After being promised an update later in the day, I heard nothing. Once again, I am sitting on hold waiting for someone to pick up the other end.... Hopefully.... read more

DON'T SHOP HERE! Horrible One year ago, I ordered pants. They were back ordered for 2-3 months. Once I called them to find out what was going on, within a few weeks I got my pants but in the wrong size. This past January I ordered the same type of pants. Again, back ordered. Today April 11, called them and they had no idea when the pants were coming in and also told me that the color I wanted wasn't available anymore. A simple email would've been nice. Terrible customer service. A total waste of time. read more

Beyond awful!! Placed an order for two items, both of which were listed in stock. Next day, after CC was processed, received order confirmation showing both items backordered with not date on when they would ship. Too late, started to read reviews about them and then tried to cancel the order - which could only be done by phone - but gave up after 3 hours on hold and constantly being told I am getting further back in the queue - I think they use a random number generator to tell you where you are in the queue. Trying to reach them by email results in an auto-generated response saying it will take 7-10 business days to get back to you - crazy!! ended up calling my CC company, explained the situation (Amex is great!!!) and the promptly nixed the charge. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. They simply lied to me for about 2 weeks over email. Ordered a custom glove that said it would take 8-10 weeks. I received an email asking for a review of the order after 6 weeks so I inquired about the glove. They said to write back in 2 weeks. Wrote back in two weeks and was ignored for a week or so. Finally got a response that said they forgot to make the glove and it would be about another 10 weeks. It seemed like they really don't care about their customers and have never had an experience like this before. This is my only review ever and I would suggest avoiding this site at all costs. read more

I used to buy all my son's baseball equipment from Team Express. I stopped due to horrible customer service. I bought a pair of under armour batting gloves and they not only ripped in less than 30 days but they did not protect my son's hands like other under armour ones in the past. I tried to return them but Team Express would not take them back right away. They delayed the return enough so now it fell past 45 days of their return policy. I contacted the BBB to put their shady practices on record. I also contacted under armour and explained the situation. I sent them the defective gloves and I was surprised to hear the gloves were not authentic. They are knock offs. This happened one time last year when I found out that Team Express had no authorization to sell Adidas bats. My son's Adidas Bat broke within a year and when I contacted Adidas, 3 different reps told me only Dicks sporting goods were authorized sellers of their bats. Adidas was convinced my bat was not authentic but still generous enough to send credit to their website to cover the defective bat. Now that is a real company who stands behind their brand. I urge you to be careful what you order from Team Express since the true authenticity of their items are questionable. Their customer service is the worst so if you ever have a problem returns are very difficult and they hassle you over them to deter you from returning it. My money is better spent at Dicks and it's just as cheap as Team Express if you use Flash sales and coupons. Avoid this company. read more

Contacted customer service via email regarding a defective pair of shorts I purchased. They wrote back to call their customer service number. Finally got through and they gave me am email address to send a picture of the problem. I did, and have yet to hear anything back. even wrote a follow up email to find out status Still nothing. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! If I could, I would give this company ZERO STARS!!!! I too wish I had done my research on this garbage company before I ordered a bat for my daughter. I placed an order on 8/22. Call 2 days later to get a price adjustment on that bat as they had sent an email with a lower price for the bat. At that time I asked when the bat would arrive and was told that it should be in a week. A week later, I called again to ask and was told "I'm not sure why it wasn't sent out. It will be going out and should be there in a week". Another week goes by no bat. Called yesterday and found out that the bat was out of stock. Seriously/!?!?!? You couldn't have told me that the other 2 times I called. All this time, they placed a hold on my account for the price of the bat!!! They had my money, I had no product. I was then told that the release of my funds could take up to 5 days!!! Are you kidding?!?!?!?!? That's garbage and so is this company. Customer service was rude and condescending. Thank you customer service rep Don and supervisor Mark for being complete jackasses! No worries, I called Louisville Slugger to let them know what kind of crap company is selling their products. I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company and will make sure that no one else I know does either. read more

Great site. Great prices. Ships items quickly. I recommend for anyone looking for a good deal at reasonable prices.

This company is purposefully deceptive. They were running a promotion that any bat over $99 would ship with two-day shipping. I ordered the softball bat I wanted, which was over $99 and qualified for their promotion, and two days later...no bat. I contacted customer service and they told me the bat was shipping from the manufacturer. At no point during the checkout process or in the terms of purchase did it say that the bat would be shipping from the manufacturer and have no estimated delivery date or tracking info. It's been a week since my bat was supposed to be here, and their customer service has been rude, curt, and unhelpful. This is the last time I will purchase anything from TeamExpress.com, BaseballExpress.com, or Softball.com. Consumer beware!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCUM. read more

I purchased a custom glove for son for his upcoming HS season. Baseball Express sent me and email and said we guarantee delivery before Christmas if you purchase before 11 Nov, Veteran's Day. I ordered it 9 Nov and last Thursday they refunded my money, but did not bother to notify me. I called and they said, "Sorry, we don't offer Wilson custom glove service anymore and we cancelled the order. Because we pulled down the website it didn't generate a cancelled order notification." I asked that is the way you do business and won't abide by your guarantee? The customer service representative, "No, we don't plan on doing anything for you." That is the last time I ever use that company for anything. read more

I've been shopping with team express for yrs. and they never disappoint me. They always have the equipment and if not they get it quickly. Recently I purchased a pair of cleats for my daughter and it was back ordered. Team express email immediately to let me know and a coupon for my next purchase. Needless to say I had the within two weeks of their emails. read more

I really like this website - I love getting the emails with great deals- some hard to pass up

The Team Express website is often a great place to get ideas on what you're looking for. However their availability, size selection and sometimes color selection is somewhat limited. Online discounts and promo codes would also be a great benefit to offset some of the shipping costs. read more

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 pair of pants in December that showed in stock and received an email that they were now on back order and would ship 2/1. Waited until 2/14 and sent an email asking for status on the pants; never received a reply. Called a week later and waited over an hour to speak with a person and I was told they shipped. Called back March 26th as no pants arrived, waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to speak with a person and he canceled the order. Received an email on 4/10 stating my pants shipped. Only 1 pair of the 2 ordered (remember the order was canceled). I called on 4/15 at 8:40 pm (open until 11) and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes ( watched the Blackhawks game while on hold) and my call never got answered. I called at 11:15 pm from a different phone ans was told they were closed. I called on 4-16 and was disconnected after 58 minutes of being on hold and finally got through after another 1 hour and 11 minute hold. I was told that there were notes stating the order was to be cancelled and she will cancel it AGAIN for the 1 remaining pair of pants and I am now waiting for a label to send the other pair of pants back. I made sure they knew I was on hold for 4.5 hours for this error on their side related to shipping a cancelled order ans was fold "Sorry". You know where you can put your sorry! Do not use this vendor ever-ever-ever-ever. Poor service! would rate as a 0 if I could. read more

Awful awful and awful is the best way to describe them. Forget about trying to order any baseball or softball gear before the season begins. I ordered in early march, a knee pad, wrist bands and a bat that I was hoping to get before my season began at the end of April. Well things started filtering in one by one. One day I get a kneepad, too big by the way, that I had to return, then it takes over 3 weeks for a pair of Easton wrist bands. They charge you as the items come, so that is always fun when balancing the check book later. I contacted them to find out where the bat was? The status on the webpage said that it was "in warehouse". That status remained for 3 weeks. What a joke! I sent them 3 email requests to inquire when it would ship only to get an automated response stating that basically you will be lucky to hear back from us due "heavy email volume" and within 7 - 10 days. Ok fair enough you say, but I NEVER got ANY response from them AT ALL to any of my emails. I tried calling twice only to be left on hold for over 20 minutes. Who has time to wait? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! SO today, I get an email saying the bat is shipping to me. I am half way into my season. I ordered the same bat on EBAY brand new in the wrapper and it shipped to me and I received it in about 4 days, opposed to Team Express's two months!! SO, I won't unwrap it and I will return it right back to them and hopefully get a credit. I did email them a few weeks ago to cancel the bat order, but of course NO RESPONSE so I couldn't. The pain with them continues. DO NOT order anything from this train wreck of a company. I would have given them no stars but Yelp wouldn't let me. read more

This is really the only online store I use for all my baseball needs. They have a great prices on the items they have in stock. That may be the only bad thing, is sometimes they don't have a size or color that I need. But if you can find it, it usually is at the best price. read more

My go-to source for all my baseball and football gear for my kids. Great customer service and almost always have what I want- IN STOCK!

I coach young kids sports and I have placed many orders with Team Express. Couple weeks ago I placed a $6,000 order for new equipment. The customer service lady on the other end was very helpful. She looked up my order and told me it will be shipped in a couple days. The delay was the new processing system they installed. It was processing the orders to slow and the engineers were looking into it. I've ordered from Team Express for many years & I will keep ordering from them. Some of you say they have bad customer service, I didnt have any problems with the service. They were very helpful. When you have patience it will get done. read more

Made an order, they charged the card when I checked on the order a couple days later it said back ordered. They did not send me an email notifying what had happened. After my third attempted purchase and third negative experience, I will no longer shop with Team Express. Again, I placed an order for items said to be "in stock" The next day, I am informed items are back ordered and some will not be replenished at all. They do not offer replacements of the same quality, and only offer 15% off my next purchase. One bat took 3 months to receive! Please stop supporting this company. They have no regard for their customers yet remain in business. As consumers we need to spend our money at places that respect and care for their customers. read more

Never received any email saying my order shipped, finally after 2 weeks and talking to several people that told me they would check into it and see what was going on, I called to cancel my order. The customer service rep said would have to check with shipping to see if it had been shipped from the manufacturer and she would email me as to let me know if it had already been shipped or if it had been canceled. Once again, 10 days and no reply and guess what shows up yesterday, the product I ordered. Today I see that it was charged to my card. Clearly the girl I spoke to never canceled it. I will never order from them again. They don't do what they say the will and when you call you are on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. They suck! read more

If I could give a minus I would. This has been the most stressful time with this company. I ordered merchandise on Feb 27th and still do not have my order AND they have my money too. I have called, busy busy busy..than I get through ring ring ring..when I do get through a recording it says there are 60+ callers ahead. After being on the phone WAITING for over an hour 4 different times their customer service reps say the same thing. New ordering system, new phones BLAH BLAH BLAH. I am sick of hearing it. I did get through yesterday talked to a rep who obviously could have cared less, I told him all I want is a refund and he told me they dont bill until the order goes out. WTH are you talking about I told him I am looking at the charge right now on my account. He told me it probably credited back and I didn't notice. Really.......dont you think I know what a credit looks like jerk???!! He told me his "supervisor" would call me back. I said REALLY do you think he's going to "call me back." He said oh yes he will... I doubt it. NO PHONE CALL BACK YET. So I called again today, after ringing nonstop for 38 minutes recording came on 32 callers ahead of me, than 28 THAN 62 than 18 than after 60 minutes I was #1 than...back up too 62...after 70 minutes on hold I hung up. WTH is going on with this place!!!!! Not only do you still have the order I placed but you have my money too. Anyone else having issues with this place I filed a complaint with the BBB and they are reviewing my case so I suggest you do the same thing. This place has scammed us all. SHAM ON YOU TEAM EXPRESS/BASEBALL EXPRESS and I gotta say Amazon for doing business with them. I will definitely be thinking twice now about ordering from Amazon. They need to check the companies they do business with. DONT ORDER FROM HERE... read more

No stars if it were possible. Simply horrible customer service for both Team Express and Football America (The same company and others under Baseball America, etc.). I've ordered quite a bit from this company and they always show items as "In Stock" when in fact they are not. Who does this? If Amazon worked this way there would be a flat out online revolt. Synchronizing your actual product inventory with your Web site isn't rocket science but somehow the products shown as in stock online aren't. I called today to check on an order I had placed 21 days earlier that was now showing as "Backordered" when I checked my order status online. I called to talk with someone and was put on hold because there was 20 customers ahead of me. It took a solid 20 minutes to finally get someone on the phone who stated that my order had been tagged as "possibly fraudulent" due to ??? but that they were going to go ahead and place my order for me. Huh? LOL. 21 days later and no call, email nothing to let me know there was a problem. Sweet baby J, this can't be so. read more
