Seems to have real issues. Several calls while holding for over an hour have gone unanswered. Emails have gone unreturned. And this has been the case for several weeks if not more. Contacted customer service who said he would check with vendor but is off the next day so call in and someone will be able to assist me. The next day I get an email stating my order had been cancelled but no reason why. I called customer service and she said they had to cancel a lot of their orders because the vendor's products were delayed so that made them delayed as well. I expressed I understood but I really needed my item and it took over a week before I even heard anything so I probably won't do business with them again and she says, "Ok" as if she could care less. By far, Team Express had the best price I could find on the web and the whole transaction was smooth as silk. I ordered the jerseys on Monday and they were delivered to CA with standard shipping on Thursday. I got them to the printer on Friday and they were ready in time for our first game the following Sunday night. Very happy---I have had recent knee pain that has continued to get worse and so while waiting for the doc to order X-rays and then an MRI I ordered the icepack from Team Express, the Pro Ice Knee/Multipurpose Cold Therapy Wrap to be exact. While I don't find the ice lasts an hour it has been a God send for my knee that pops, clicks and general pain. It appears when I read my MRI report online that i have a tear somewhere so I imagine surgery is coming down the pipe. Will be using this after that as well I assume. I was given notice that my purchase included a 2-year subscription of Field & Stream magazine. There was no way to remove this subscription and I was given a link to another non-Team Express website (http://www.subco.com/offerdetailsrefund) where there was form to fill out and snail mail back to them a paper form to opt-out of this this unwanted subscription. I do not know who this other company is, I do not want them to have my mailing information and do not want to have to take the time to print, fill-out and mail in a physical form. I also do not want 2 years of monthly junk mail/magazine subscriptions as this is waste of paper and of my time throwing out the monthly junk mail and the other junk mail that they will send me. For these reasons I did not place an order with TE and purchased the products elsewhere for the exact same price. If I had been able to remove the unwanted subscription for the magazine/junk mail then I would have completed my order at Team Express. Just wanted to share some feedback in case your company is looking for ways to grow its customer base and enhance a new customer's experience. Got back an automated email that they have heavy email volume and it would take them 7-10 DAYS!!! to respond. Obviously not willing to wait that long, I decided to call customer service. The website says they start answering calls at 7 am CST. I called around 7:15 and was told there were 30 people in line in front of me. Got disconnected after about 40 minutes. It also doesn't appear to be too easy to cancel an order. I'm considering emailing customer service to tell them to cancel it and reporting the charge as fraudulent on my credit card. On 2/8 I tried getting an update and the CSR told me told me "the drop ship coordinator saying the expected ship date is 2/23/18." She encouraged me to cancel and order somewhere else if I'd like. So I did. But guess what. The package was actually shipped on 2/7. Had I been given the correct information, I would have waited. But again, I tried to look at the silver lining in that I found shirts at half the price and all I would have to do is return the order to TeamExpress. But now I'm waiting for the caps. I get a shipment of the 3 caps on 2/17. I'm thinking "good everything in time for Opening Day." When I open the box, there is 1 Blue Jays cap and 2 Cincinnati Reds caps!! Well, 1 week to go, let's see if the can correct this. Spoke to a CSR, he put in a new order for Blue Jays caps to be sent 2nd Day Air at their expense. On 2/21 I get the new shipment and again I'm thinking "good, everything in time for Opening Day." Well I open the package and, you guessed it, 2 Cincinnati Reds caps.
