So should anyone who wants to have high level professional dental care to avoid toothaches (and financial aches as well!) Dear Dentists who worked on my teeth, Thank you for genuine care and professional knowledge! I also appreciate your great ability to listen to my needs as a patient! Dear Dental Assistants, Thank you for gentle touch and knowing how to relax patients and at the same time when to give them a space! Dear Front Desk, Although I am affraid of talking to you about insurance more than dealing with toothaches, I have to say that you are making my trips to the dental office easier than anyone I have dealt before! To the future patients: by my experience, over here you not only will find an amazing dentisty, but the business that respect your busy time, stuff that see you as a person and people who truly care for the quality of their work and service! I know I did. Thank you all!

Upon arrival, she let them know she's here for a cleaning which is covered by her insurance. The dentist, Dr. Ian Milton, saw my mom for 5 minutes and took, what my mom described as, "a million X-rays". Susan, identified as "admin" on their website, and Carolina, a hygienist, came in afterwards and told my mom she needed gum treatment and various other procedures. My mom let them know she was scheduled to get her gum treatment next week. They asked for proof. (What???) They continued to push off the light cleaning, stating it could be done another time, and eventually said all of her teeth would likely fall out soon. My mom got a deep cleaning a few months ago and diligently takes care of her teeth. (So again- what??????) My mom went in at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment with no wait time and ended up leaving at 3. Susan and Carolina badgered my mom for an hour about treatments she didn't need. My mom left without getting a cleaning. Horrible experience will never be back.

My initial appointment was for a cleaning, which I never received. Over the course of a year, I repeatedly asked for routine cleanings & was never scheduled for one. My final appointment in May 2025 was supposed to address what I understood to be a filling. When I arrived, I was informed I would be receiving a root canal. This was the first time a root canal had ever been discussed with me. There was no prior explanation or consultation about why such an extensive procedure was necessary. I felt unprepared but agreed. During the procedure, there were complications & I ultimately lost the tooth, which had not been causing me pain or any noticeable issues prior to. Afterward, I researched beyond Google & found other patient reviews on different platforms describing experiences similar to mine. This was my personal experience, & I strongly encourage prospective patients to research via a variety of review platforms.

I was referred to a specialist to fix for another few thousand. Then I had to go back to Reflection to fix the caps which were going to be recharged. But before i decided to get the procedure again, the dentist reprimanded me because I was distressed over having to go through it all again and paying again. And then to top that off it was suggested that I get invisalign to alleve my issues. So I switched dentists. Btw, hygienists were good at least.

Although many of the reviews on Yelp for this practice are less than flattering, I noted most of them were quite old and other review sites had more positive feedback. I called to make an appointment for January 2022 and then rescheduled due to the omicron outbreaks. They were able to find a new date for me a few months later. However, I was very impressed by their COVID mitigation procedures, such as temperature checks, patient questionnaires for each visit, and full masking until it's time for treatment. Since it had been so long since my last dental appointment, I needed to get a full set of X-rays. Although these can be painful for me because of a "torus palatinus," or a natural bone growth on the top of my mouth, they did a great job being gentle and quick throughout the X-rays to minimize any pain. I really appreciated that they walked me through an explanation of everything we would be doing and discussed how it might feel throughout the process, especially if I may experience discomfort. They also did some high-tech scans so we could look at a 3D model of my mouth. (This may have been the coolest teeth-related moment of my life!) I needed a deep cleaning and some fixes on the sealants on my molars, which had originally been added 20+ years ago. We opted to split the visits, since it required addressing some pandemic buildup and a separate sealing process. Getting dental work isn't always a pleasant experience, but everyone at the practice was very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions, especially those related to the probable long-term health of my teeth and gums. I really liked that they could show me specific areas based on the X-rays and 3D modeling. I was very happy with this practice and the visits I've had so far. I plan to continue my dental care here, especially since I know they are doing everything they can to ensure everyone's safety as we continue to navigate through COVID outbreaks.
