The coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and invested in the athletes. I love the option of joining scheduled workouts, or just having 24/7 access to the gym and equipment to set up your own routine and exercise schedule. The owner is on site most days and puts his heart into this gym. It really is a community of endless encouragement and support no matter your level of experience or skill.

Instead, HE decided that if he through in the morning classes (which I was not comfortable with working out in a group setting, yet) would be fine for the mornings, and kept encouraging me to come in after a 10 hour shift. I work in healthcare and that was an exhausting time of day for me, so I could not make it work. I tried my best to come on my off days, but that really limited my consistency. He would make mysoginistic comments about my work outs and "looking tired" when I was there. I tried to confront him and he dismissed me mentioning the am classes he offered (which I never utilized other than one time and it was uncomfortable for me). When I stopped going, he refused to return my calls. He owes me ~$800 for the last month that I could not make it because I felt I was wasting money doing half ass work outs at times that were not good for me. The point -- if your a child with a specific goal and/or someone who has a flexible schedule and does not mind going to classes -- great! If you are an important-looking dude, George may get a trainer at the times he promised you. If you're a young single female -- be prepared to be treated like a joke. Let me preface this with me laying out for them EXACTLY what my flaws were and what I needed to be consistent. I told them I struggled after work and was looking for a morning session to set my day. My coaches were amazing. They texted me and encouraged me. George, was not understanding and totally did not deliver on his promises--and then kept my money.

This place is so welcoming, encouraging and result driven. They truly care about each person they work with and the detail and attention that goes into young athletes is amazing to see. We watched our daughter become stronger and more self confident because of this place and the staff. We moved out of state recently and the one big thing our daughter "wished she could take with her" was Next Level. After we moved my husband contacted Joe Aratari asking him for advice about gyms here in NC. He actually took the time to do research about gyms here that were most similar to Next Level. This place goes above and beyond and I am so grateful my daughter had the privilege of training there. We will miss it for sure! Puch Fitness is sweet and smiley signing you up for an auto renewing commitment. However, it is almost impossible to terminate one. This has been the case in my experience in at least five years. They don't pick up the phone. The mailbox eventually says it hasn't been set up. ...I eventually had to send an email to corporate, look around in my spam folder for a response days later, and go through infuriating obstacles and hoops to talk to a person. For a second time, I am attempting to quit while two billing cycles have gone by. I must remind myself the employee at the end of management's stick are not the problem. Gimme luck.
