I interviewed 3 different surveyor companies and chose CSI to complete this work. The scope and time frame was reviewed with each organization mostly all had very full work commitments which is expected during all the current building activity within the local area. I was given expected time frame from CSI that would support my legal activity as it progressed. They also were very helpful in the "education" of "exact" needs for legal actions of various types along with the requirement of filing final product exhibits and property descriptions variance. Working together towards the final product in a detailed and defined manner also resulted in a mutual agreement on the estimated cost. This supported both of our objectives and resulted in a timely but not pushed product that I can now present in a validated legal means. I would recommend CSI to perform such services if asked and also remind those that ask that if you want something really bad most likely that is the product you may end up with at a greater cost. Instead they created a much wider easement on my property than I previously had. I've emailed several times to remedy because any time I call I can't get a hold of Joe.

I left a less than desirable review here in yelp and immediately Ryan began contacting me through Yelp. Then Ryan started calling me out like where's your email etc?? I have my own stuff going on and don't have time for their business communication management. I simply told him that I did not care to litigate this online and there was no point as we found a better firm that answers a phone, returns emails promptly etc. But clearly their mgmt of communication is a problem. Then later a fellow named Jim started into this. After that yelp removed my review for derogatory nature which was unfortunate. So clearly after asking me on the Yelp app where is your email? Was solved by Jim who subsequently sent my wife ( the manager of one of our properties) by a different name than mine and left it at that stating he could not help us at this time! I completely understand this as I don't want to do business with poisonous people either. But I gave them multiple opportunities to provide service and care but not a priority for them . The bottom line here is that this is a firm that does not have a staffed office, does not respond in real time to viable business requests, and wants to argue over their communication shortcomings with reviewers which I have no respect for. I've tried multiple times by phone to work this out with them even after I judged them as not being worthy to deal with. Do your due diligence before hiring this firm or whoever operates and works at it.

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone
