No matter how busy they are you will never feel rushed to order very Superb customer service from start finish. Their shop is very clean, spacious and really comfortable. There boba teas are amazing everything hand crafted and fresh each morning. There sandwiches are so delicious made to perfection. And what I like about it to they have coffee (iced or hot) served all day daily fresh. The appearance and taste is very well made. Came here on a Wednesday 10 min before closing. The person before me just ordered the last batch of house made boba. My partner and I specifically came here for that. We were welcomed with the friendliest staff with big smiles on their face right when we walked in. We were kind of hungry after a long day coming from Hilo, so we ordered Kimchee pastrami sandwich and a watermelon refresher type drink with popping boba. The drink was very refreshing! The sandwich was DELICIOUS like a premium panini sandwich that came with what tasted like Maui onion kettle chips. Perfect combo! Told the owner I wanted to try their house made boba & because we came all the way from Hilo, she was able to give me a sample of what they had left since it wasn't enough to add to my drink. So thoughtful! I wanted to re-visit and try their hand made boba before we left the big island. We came back the following Friday and ordered butterfly pea type drink with fresh boba, tuna melt and an croffle that came with fresh Ube dipping cream on the side. Everything was great! Ambiance was calm, not too crazy. They had about 3 tables with a couple chairs for indoor seating and board games. I would definitely come back if I return to the big island! read more

This spot is a true gem on the island if you're craving boba. Good boba is hard to come by out here, so we felt lucky to stumble across a place that makes it fresh from scratch. We stopped in after browsing the local farmers market, tea on our minds. We started with a milk tea with boba and an iced coffee, but one taste of the boba sent us right back into line for a Thai tea and a mango tango, both with boba added. The boba was incredibly chewy in the best possible way and paired beautifully with every drink. The owner was warm and welcoming, and it's clear he takes real pride in what he serves. The prep area was spotless and well organized, a reflection of the high standard they hold themselves to. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop next time we're on the island, and we can't wait to try their food too. They've also got board games and a few seats inside if you want to stick around and relax. If you're visiting, don't waste time hunting for boba elsewhere. BEST BOBA DRINKS. Im not joking when I say my daughter and I are sort of boba connoisseurs. I wasn't expecting much out of a boba place in Kamuela but THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. Everything from the perfectly fresh and chewy boba, to the smooth non-bitter matcha to the presentation of the drinks (I mean look at them! Pic attached!). Came here after the beach to cool down! Great little boba shop with seating for about 10 ppl. Excellent service! We ordered and in a minute or two our order was done! I ordered the classic milk tea with boba, and my friends tried their ube milk tea & a matcha blueberry also with boba! Everyone loved the fresh boba! Their bobas are super unique as they make them! Certainly a labour of love! Fresh boba is unique and something you have to try! We will certainly be back! They are also at the farmer's market so look out for them! Been hearing alot about this place but never got to try it. The owners and staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. Very nice clean place to come hang out and get some amazing drinks! My daughter had the Strawberry Ana Put and she absolutely loved it. I was craving something refreshing and asked them to surprise me. I got the Calamansi tea with Li Hing Mui and it was amazing!! They haven't started coffee service but they will be soon but they were able to make me an oat milk latte for my wife as she was craving coffee and she absolutely loved it! I will definitely be back here again next time I'm visiting the big island and will try the Kim chee Bacon Grilled cheese! Do not hesitate to stop in here if you are in Waimea. read more

It was my FIRST TIME to Tea O'clock. Cute little locally owned business... great place to chill, hangout, & enjoy your food/drink with a friend quietly & in peace. I got the tuna melt and was offered a complimentary coffee. The tuna melt was sooooooo good... Definitely a must-try! Also, the coffee was perfectly made... sweetness level was on point (not too sweet) without too much milk overpowering the coffee taste. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
