Many of them still do ink on the card, mail it in, blah blah blah. Hurry up and wait. Security hut is all electronica and super fast. I realize that some of that quickness comes from the agencies processing things quickly, but in my case, I was fingerprinted on one day, and the Ohio Board of Education had my Results the following day! These people are all very nice, kind, patient, and really attention detailed. They're also very fair. I had my BCI done a few weeks ago, and didn't know that I also had an FBI check to do as well. They only charge me the difference between the two, saving me about 20 bucks. That's really nice, because they could've gouge me for the full price. Highly recommend Security Hunt, grateful to have it in my community.

I'm sure that was just lucky timing on my part but it was still greatly appreciated. He was fast and personable. So, stress free and moving on with the day was also priceless. I definitely recommend this locksmith.

Not sure that this happens always but I was happy it was so quick! The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they didn't confirm my identity (via ID card, etc) before starting the service. I would have thought that was a must-do. It felt a little too easy to have my lock opened. Aside for that potential security miss, the service took less than 5 minutes and I was able to pay with a card. I got an automated reciept immediately to my email. Now, the price..... Since it was an emergency call, the service cost me $102.60 ($95 for the call plus 8% tax). Let's just say I've had my keys attached to me since. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future!

It was fully paid off. I called them and told them that I'd like to leave it active for the new home owner because I had a walk through after closing with him, I wanted to show it off to him and let him know everything he'd get to take advantage of if he kept paying the service. They said this was great and gave me one month free to do this. The new homeowner signed up for Vivint service and my account went inactive. Three months later they start calling me constantly telling me that I owe them $150 for 3 months of service, while my account was inactive the entire time! And the new homeowner had already been paying for the panel all this time! They said there was nothing they could do because he didn't register the panel as a 'takeover' he registered it as new service. You explain this to them and all they do is read a script. Really unethical and immoral -- despite having loved Vivint so much I would never recommend this service to anyone. Wish I could do 0 stars.
