I previously walked in the weekend prior (on Saturday, May 2nd 2026) to try to get an appointment but they were busy so I immediately scheduled an appointment online. I booked an appointment online a few days before then arrived for my appointment. I was sent a link on my phone to check-in but there are also 3 self-serve kiosks that can be used to check-in upon arrival. I waited for about 10 mins until I was seen. My blood samples were taken and I left within 7 mins. I have complaints and the woman taking my blood was nice. I recommend scheduling an appointment as a walk-in appointment will be hard to get. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 79/250 total reviews in 2026 - 920 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 May 2026

Had to get a drug test for work. DIRTY and DISGUSTING from the time you walk in to the time you…read morewalk out. The woman ignored me when I smiled and asked how her day was, and then literally (and I'm using that correctly) grunted at me when I asked questions: Me: Is there soap? Her: *grunts* (shoves a soap pump in my direction while she holds it) Me in my head: Oh, okay, I guess you'll hold it whilst I place my hand underneath? Me: Do you have paper towels? Her: *grunts* (practically throws a paper towel at me) All of this was after she stood outside the door and knocked on it every 30 seconds telling me how much time I had left. Of course, I had stage fright and couldn't get enough urine for a sample out, so she had me throw my urine in the toilet and then the pee cup in the open trash can and not in a hazardous waste basket. UNSANITARY, HAZARDOUS, GROSS. When I asked questions about what to do next since I couldn't go, the woman talked to me like I was an idiot. Their treatment towards me was appalling. I seriously can't believe people this rude exist, let alone in a customer service position. If I want to be treated like a piece of garbage I'd call up one of my ex-boyfriends.

The rooms are wide and open without any of the typical clutter (pamphlets, for sale items) you'd see in most other similar businesses. The receptionist Stephanie was so very hospitable and navigated through the steps for my first visit and then at the end for my follow-ups with expert skill and grace. The PA Hannah welcomed me up to her treatment room where we both sat at a distance and she wowed me with her expertise of Botox, FDA approvals for it and dermal fillers, risks, what to expect pre- and post-treatment, and more. She did not skip steps- you can tell she is not only highly trained but truly cares about the outcome of her procedures and wellbeing of her clients. She presented me with the freshly opened Botox vial so I could see that it was brand new and unexpired. The entire Botox injection process of 24 units took less than 3 minutes and was painless- I'm serious, zero pain. I can't wait to return to the consummate professionals at Revive to have other procedures done. They are clean, courteous, and caring,

Last time I went, I apparently owed them $10.79... for what? - I don't know, because I paid my copay and they gave me nothing, didn't even write me a prescription. A random number would not stop calling and texting me saying I owed $10 to urgent care from a visit in 2024. I didn't want to put my card info into a random website so I finally went into the location to make sure it wasn't a scam and got hit with "just because they have an accent doesn't mean it's a scam" by one of the receptionist... extremely rude, accusing me of being a shitty person when I literally came in the location to pay my dues. Unbelievable. The other receptionist with pretty pick nails was nice tho, she's the only good experience I had there.

For my 700th YELP REVIEW!!…read more I forgot that Cleveland Clinic had an Urgent Care so I was happy to drive over after a wasteful and unhelpful experience at other Urgent Care. Wonderful customer service. Attentive and caring staff. Actual concern for patient care. I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication. I highly recommend the Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care in Rocky River for your healthcare concerns. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 50/150 total reviews in 2024 - 700 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 5 July 2024
