Of course, I had stage fright and couldn't get enough urine for a sample out, so she had me throw my urine in the toilet and then the pee cup in the open trash can and not in a hazardous waste basket. UNSANITARY, HAZARDOUS, GROSS. When I asked questions about what to do next since I couldn't go, the woman talked to me like I was an idiot. Their treatment towards me was appalling. The receptionist Stephanie was so very hospitable and navigated through the steps for my first visit and then at the end for my follow-ups with expert skill and grace. The PA Hannah welcomed me up to her treatment room where we both sat at a distance and she wowed me with her expertise of Botox, FDA approvals for it and dermal fillers, risks, what to expect pre- and post-treatment, and more. She did not skip steps- you can tell she is not only highly trained but truly cares about the outcome of her procedures and wellbeing of her clients. She presented me with the freshly opened Botox vial so I could see that it was brand new and unexpired. The entire Botox injection process of 24 units took less than 3 minutes and was painless- I'm serious, zero pain. I realize that some of that quickness comes from the agencies processing things quickly, but in my case, I was fingerprinted on one day, and the Ohio Board of Education had my Results the following day! These people are all very nice, kind, patient, and really attention detailed. They're also very fair. I had my BCI done a few weeks ago, and didn't know that I also had an FBI check to do as well. They only charge me the difference between the two, saving me about 20 bucks. That's really nice, because they could've gouge me for the full price. Wonderful customer service. Attentive and caring staff. Actual concern for patient care. I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication. The employee takes you through an area where there is a mirror and a blow dryer and stools, kind of a place to fix yourself up after you are done with your float. Your private room has a bench, a shower and the float tank which looks like a large clam shell. They want you to shower before you get in to the tank. It is a little slippery getting in to the tank, I am super clumsy. This might be a problem for someone who is elderly or cannot lift their foot. My mom wants to try this but I am not sure if she is agile enough to be able to get in and out, she has arthritis and is sometimes unsure of her footing. The host tells you how to adjust the lights and sound in the pod. I believe you have the option to hook up an iPod if you want your own music.
