For my nails I got acrylics and she did really well the shape and experience were great. My only thought was she did no cuticle care with my nails. I would have liked that as an added touch. I will return for a fill but overall my nails also still look great despite the grow out. Prices were normal for area.

He also finished my pedicure without applying the hot towel, then put oil on my dry skin and dumped a hot towel over my legs that could have burnt my legs/skin if I did not pick up the towel off my skin I can feel my skin boiling. I was not asked what I wanted for service as far as the shape and look. But then when I ask for square box nails for my shape, I was recommended to get a powder set on my big toes to achieve the look when the worker never explained that in the beginning of service,the short younger worker the one who always Bash how you want your nails or pedicure to look then recommend it. The powder on the big toes. they will try up selling you service because the money they used to make is not the money they make today. since I've been coming to this establishment when you voice your opinion and tell them what you want their are right your wrong , they laugh at you then tell you what they recommend again that leads in a up sale so you will not pay regular pricing or what you thought you would be spending. They will also inform you that you are receiving a discount but will up charge your price/ sell just to get the same price. I know this is a new location. However, their customer service is set for certain people YT ppl that they're able to be manipulate and to control their wallets. That's why they offer you drinks so you can't think. The wine to be exact. Also it has been a good thing that they stopped smoking in the back of the nail shop before you would walk in and it would just reek of cigarette smoke location, not even two years old.

I wish they had some kind of kids size pedicure seat because she was way too small for the regular size seat, which is where they had her sit. Also, the woman working on her toes didn't seem to understand anything that we were saying. We we told her that she wanted pink and glitter on her toenails and she just did clear and then it was like a whole production when I finally asked someone else for help because she was upset that she was finished and we wanted her to go back and add it even though we've been asking for it from the beginning she just didn't seem to understand. But they fixed it and her nails ended up being very cute. Not perfect but good enough for a four-year-old. I did the ocean spa pedicure, which included paraffin treatment, hot stone massage a steamer and fresh sliced oranges in the pedicure bath among other things and it was very lovely. I left feeling very relaxed. my pedicure still looks good three days later so that's a good sign.

Instead of stopping the service properly and addressing the injury with care, she attempted to manage the bleeding by quickly dunking my foot in the footbath, dabbing it with towels, and putting some powder on it. She did not try to even properly deal with this in a sanitary way. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the seriousness of what happened. Despite all this, I was still charged full price for the service. The lack of concern, professionalism, and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience.

My nail tech, Rose took such good care of me from start to finish. I got the deluxe pedicure package and it was honestly one of the best pedicures I had in a long time. From the scrub and callous remover to the massage, she really took her time and was very detail oriented. I even had a cracked nail on my big toe and she was able to fix it up with a little acrylic in a way that looked so natural and matched my other big toes' nail in size and shape perfectly. Unfortunately, my experience with Chinh was disappointing from start to finish. While she wasn't rude, the quality of work was subpar. My nails were cut significantly shorter than requested, my cuticles were rushed, and she did not clean under my nails at all. The gel application was also clearly low-quality; it is now Sunday and the polish has already completely fallen off two of my nails. What was most unsettling was the service experience. Midway through, right after she clipped my nails, she insisted I pay for the service immediately. I noticed every other customer in the salon was permitted to pay at the end of their appointment. As a Black man, being singled out and forced to pay mid-service while everyone else paid at the finish felt incredibly disrespectful and unwelcoming. I was looking for a long-term shop to keep my hands looking professional, but between the poor craftsmanship and the disparate treatment, I will not be back.
