6-17-26 Treated my Mama here since she's been looking for a place that truly takes care of the client & I think she found it!!... the atmosphere was low-key, not jammed packed as others we've went to since we came Mid-Day!, so your Nail Tech can fully focus on you!. They've been here 6 months! & I'm just coming into view of them but better late than never. The Guy was so nice he welcomed us , got me a charger to charge my phone, checked on us enough & got us drinks and these sweet cookie/crackers while we got started. My Girl was Lena! She started off Great! She asked was the water ok, was the machine to get the polish off too hot if it hurts let her know then she did my feet and left me though said I can wait for mom , she didn't roll my pants legs back down or if she wasn't then if I could roll my pants legs back down , if I was finished or how much longer I'd be sitting ,or put the shoes they give after they're completely dry , nothing just left Me!!. My Mom got TOP-TIER Service with Linda!!, she educated my mom on the fact that whomever did her feet last lifted her nail and a water sac was brewing it was going left to an infection or other damage. Linda was very insightful, compassionate and took her time, conversational, made sure my mom was good start to finish!. after she was finished she put both of our shoes on (they give you) , helped me to the bathroom with my blind cane, rolled my pants legs down she just really really took care of Us! So I will be returning on account of Linda!! That 5 Star is on account of Linda and the Guy who welcomed Us and made sure we were Good!... Pedicures Start @ $40.00 , Gel is $60.00 from what I saw online. the half orange was an experience! Overall will definitely be returning I'll just have to wait for Linda!!

Pretty good experience - a little on the fence…read more I was presented a gift card to the Sugar House Day Spa and Salon. It had been some time since I received a massage, so I was looking forward to this visit! There is a parking garage conveniently located next to the spa, so that was great. The staff at the entrance promptly greeted me and asked if it was my first time. The process of checking in and getting around was simplified by them taking the time to walk me where I needed to go rather than just telling me, which was appreciated. I was walked to the area where I changed into a robe and was subsequently accompanied to the massage area. Unfortunately for me, there were a lot of stairs, something that my knee and foot surgeries did not appreciate. It was a little awkward to sit in a small, public waiting area wearing a robe but it's a minor sacrifice. I had a massage with Audrey, who was very nice and professional. I appreciated that she took the time to ask me about my concern areas and my goals for the massage. The massage itself was good, though I unfairly compare massages to my former therapist who was exceptional. Audrey was very communicative and, even for someone who finds it difficult to relax, it was a good experience. Overall, The Sugar House Day Spa is worth a visit - it's also worth purchasing a gift card for someone. They will appreciate it! (NOTE: you can use the funds from the gift card to supplement a tip)

Ex-wife has been going to Sugarhouse for over 20 years. My homeboy and I were walking around Old…read moreTown and ended up getting her a birthday gift card for $250 for her first visit. She loved it. Monique was her manicurist for many years. I've done countless pickups for both her and my daughters at this place and she spent lots of money here. My money, lol. Services are definitely unique to the individual providing them so I would definitely judge accordingly. She always got the mani/pedi combo from Monique - until she left. Good business, but consistency is variable.
