She explained that light brown would be too light for me and dark brown can appear black sometimes, especially with my skin/hair. I typically get eyebrow threading and eyelash tint done. This is the cheapest (highest quality eyelash tint) in the DMV area (Used to be $20, raised to $25.) The staff give good, honest advice. They advised me not to tint by eyebrows given their color and texture. The staff make all the clients feel beautiful. I've seen them boost confidence of a cancer patient who recently lost most of her hair. The place is wheelchair accessible. It had been some time since I received a massage, so I was looking forward to this visit! There is a parking garage conveniently located next to the spa, so that was great. The staff at the entrance promptly greeted me and asked if it was my first time. The process of checking in and getting around was simplified by them taking the time to walk me where I needed to go rather than just telling me, which was appreciated. I was walked to the area where I changed into a robe and was subsequently accompanied to the massage area. Unfortunately for me, there were a lot of stairs, something that my knee and foot surgeries did not appreciate. It was a little awkward to sit in a small, public waiting area wearing a robe but it's a minor sacrifice. I had a massage with Audrey, who was very nice and professional. I appreciated that she took the time to ask me about my concern areas and my goals for the massage. The massage itself was good, though I unfairly compare massages to my former therapist who was exceptional.
