During this whole Coronavirus pandemic they have been excellent at helping me over the phone,...they also quickly set an appointment for my friend to go over and do a deposit for me, since I was unable to leave my home. I appreciate that they have countinuously made banking 'hic-up'-free for me and that they treat their customers like family. I wouldn't do my banking business with anyone else.

About 10 years ago I discovered TD Bank in Londonderry for both my small business, my personal banking and now for my teenagers banking and this branch has been fantastic for all of it. They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. They dont treat you like a number they treat you with dignity and respect. Unlike some banks where you have to call and make an appointment just to talk to someone not like it here. If they are busy a wait might be no more than several mins. They have dog treats for our canine friends and lollypops for everyone else, which i always ask for, for myself and i am 61 yrs old haha.
