He then continued to ignore me as I questioned what this bill was about. After multiple attempts to get him to do his job and respond, he instead, had his wife/daughter reach out to me instead with a generic response and then she followed right in his unprofessional footsteps and never responded again. These people are scam artists, very spiteful, money hungry, unprofessional crooks. Buyer beware!! Mark is ignorant and money hungry and has the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. It's like pulling teeth getting assistance and/or a response, and my policy goes up every 6 months even without any accidents or tickets, less driving, etc. Riddle me that! The answer to every shady move is "I've talked to the billing department, but unfortunately they can't help you..and neither can Mark..??" Time for a change!

I don't like banks. In fact, I've given up using banks. I have nothing but harsh words for 'too…read morebig to fail,' bailouts, fees, rules, and frozen impersonal robots who parrot what they've been told to say. I switched to a credit union some years ago, and will never go back to banks. I actually *enjoy* going to this place. I know the tellers and staf by name. WHen I walk in the door, they know me by name and have my account up without asking for a "number." From the beginning, they worked with me to build my credit: a small secured loan, a small credit card, a debit card, etc. Issues of name changes, marital status changes, address changes, were all handled smoothly and without a wrinkle. These people SMILE at their customers. I have seen them work through lunch when necessary (GASP! Food on the desk!) and I have seen customer walk in with their dogs (OH HORROR!). This is a laid-back, yet professional, human, well-operated financial institution. They have made my first ever experience with a Credit Union a sheer delight.
