Where can I start since TWC has changed to spectram service is crap. They no flexibility I needed 1…read moreday to pay my bill and they would not give it to me. I am getting rid of all there services except internet only because I don't think I can get anything else where I live. But we all don't live in a perfect world and sometimes you just need a little flexibility. They customer no service really are sad. Had to wait for 11 min to speak to a supervisor. There busy because they suck.

This left one gentleman out here helping a customer he's been helping for the last 10 minutes while some of us stand and continue to wait and others decide to leave frustrated. Very slow process they have in place. Similar to the slow internet that I experience with this company.

So, when Pete Davis of Davis Voice & Data contacted us with an offer of higher speed internet service using line of sight radio signal for a price less than what we had been paying, and, having purchased a security system from them in the past, we had no hesitancy in signing up with them. The installation technicians arrived in a timely fashion and completed their work promptly and professionally. Our internet speed was greatly improved, as promised. But, there was a problem . . . . . . Because it is sometimes necessary for me to work from home, I use a VPN to connect to my work network server. This VPN arrangement worked great with our current internet service but we were unable to get it to connect to the Max WiFi/David Voice & Data service. It was frustrating to have access to a higher speed internet service but not be able to use it in the manner that my work required. To their credit, Pete and Corey from Davis Voice & Data didn't give up in coming up with a satisfactory installation. They made another visit to our residence and also spent a great deal of time on the phone with our VPN provider to come up with a solution. Finally, after a week of work and perseverance, they were successful in solving the problem. The VPN, now connected to the Max WiFi/Davis Voice & Data internet service, is fully functional. The true nature of a person or a company is revealed in their reaction when things don't go as planned and problems arise. Davis Voice and Data didn't cut and run. They stayed at it until they found a solution to our problem. Their persistence is to be commended and recommended. Based on our experience, they are a company that can be trusted to do the right thing.

Either these people are inexperienced with phone repairs or just like to scam senior citizens who show up trying to get their phone repaired. My advice to anyone reading this is to just avoid this place like the plague unless you are wanting to be ripped off. Just Google for better options in the area and if it's phone repair, don't waste your time going here over some where else such as mentioned above.
