One day we were bored being at home so we drove out to the country side and to the grocery the pulled into the driveway turned off the car and in about 25 mins. My comes running to the back yard screaming the car was on Fire. It was the most frightening thing that had ever happened to us. The police and fire dept came out to help and the whole neighborhood came out to witness the FIRE. They all wanted to know where i had bought the car. So i told them Hall Chevrolet in canton. I have called the dealership talked to the employees and they have just managed to play phone tag and was told they would talk to Mr. Hall but never heard back from anyone. It took 6 weeks before I even received my car title. I regret ever buying a car from dealership where all you do is haggle over the price and then literally get burnt. The car is still under investigation by toyota Corp waiting on the final results of why the car caught on fire. Im retired, live in the neighborhood down the street and I thought we were all family in this community but was i ever wrong. Now, we are without a second car and sometimes need a second car to get to the doctor. I dont like giving bad reviews this area is my home and I deserve to be treated better then this. Drove it home, still leaking, went back and they said it was now the water pump, which is under warranty from the engine replacement. They obviously misdiagnosed the coolant leak and would not refund the hoses. I said I would be happy to pay for the hoses but refund the labor since you misdiagnosed it. Nope, but they replaced the water pump because it was under warranty. Technician misdiagnosed the truck and charged us. Beware!

When I was called back letting me know the car was ready the lady behind the counter told me great news we didn't have to fix the lights at all which really threw me cause the man MEVER ONCE told me that one of the reason I brought the car in didn't need work at all (I would've went to pick my car up & would t had agreed to get my windshield wipers fixed at that time). when I picked the car up & checked the lights the parking & garage he brights came on but not my regular lights. I showed the girl behind the counter & she told me which really threw me that those lights had a sensor and only came on at night (which I know they don't I've been driving this car for years) & if that was true then how would I be able to drive my vehicle in the rain during the day that made no sense & I kind of felt like they didn't want to be bothered to fix cause I've never heard that a light that has a switch in the vehicle only can come on during the night that made no sense to me!
